It bugs the sh** out of me when such scumbags are soo blatantly trying to deflect, distract, or BOJO's mantra, place blame elsewhere.
It is THIS VERY ASPECT aspect that needs to be loudly and consistently called out for what it is, utter BS.
When Mick kept repeating 'liar' to a Tory's face on Newsnight the other day, THAT's when I (literally) cheered because in that brief exchange, THAT's when it felt like, eyes will now open much wider and then truly see the reality of my beloved country in 2022 and just how very, very badly this pathetic and corrupt excuse for a government has trashed her...
I'd much rather that, than some pipedream bs policy statement (made on the hoof.. and far too much of that also) but,
      never gets delivered.
      If I'm lying...
      Remember peeps:
The first duty of ANY government anywhere on this mudball is to the electorate, full-stop.

True. And in a democracy, seeking truth and calling out lies is the role of the media. Separation of media and government is essential. The governors of the BBC are appointed by our unelected monarch on advice of her government which was elected by 29% of the electorate. The government also keeps journalists in check by allowing incarceration and extradition of the likes of Assange, and fails to call out overseas assassinations of journalists like Abu Akleh

I'd like to agree but surely you know that those who are even considered for that position have been sieved very carefully through a selection process. Mick isn't the type of person that politicians want. The mistake the general public makes is in thinking that they choose their leaders. No, an acceptable selection is presented to us by politicians and then we're allowed pick from them. Look at how hard they're going after him from all sides? An enormous amount of respect to Mick Lynch, a propper working-class *_LEGEND!_* ✊
Fiona Bruce, unashamedly showing where her allegiance lies, again. It's not _"going round and round";_ what it is is the MP for Bumblef3ckville caught in an outright lie! 🙄
Does everyone remember when she used to present the news? Whenever she mentioned _"Jeremy Corbyn",_ her voice would deepen, she'd scowl, and her head would shake slightly in what looked to be a disapproving manner. Yet, when she would say _"Boris Johnson",_ her pitch would rise, her face would adopt a happy countenance, and she'd nod, ever so slightly. Many may have not consciously noticed it, but subconsciously it was a _very_ subtle manipulative tool.
Imagine what the country could be like if we had an honest, independent, unbiased and non-manipulative mainstream news media.
It would be the Tory party's worst nightmare.

and with its pannelists too - in the 5 years running up to the 2013 local elections, Nigel Farage made more appearances on Question Time (25) than every representative from the Green Part COMBINED (11) and he has appeared on QT more than anybody else this century. I can't speak for whether the audience are truly biased - I went to an Any Questions broadcast in 2016 (which Nigel Farage was on, as a matter of fact) and I didn't get vetted on my views - but the panel selection definitelty is.

The programme states it picks an audience based on what the results of the last GE was ….why? .- has it always been like this? Why not one representative of how people voted in the City that’s hosting the program voted at the last GE? .Because of this inbuilt bias -it’s become a Tory mouthpiece .And how did Tory Rep. know that particular question was going to come up and oh so conveniently had the info to hand?.
So you can imagine QT coming from Scotland is wierd -the audience representing how the U.K. voted at the last GE has become nothing more than a Colonial propaganda tool with viewing numbers plummeting &licence fee subscriptions also
The erosion of the BBC’s impartiality started under Thatcher. God rot her who politicised BBC -The govt SoS appoints the Chair of the board and 4 of the boards 14 members -these 5 then select rhe rest of the BBC board & the Director General of the BBC …tell me that this is impartial!

Right I just want to set a few things straight that have been said recently. The thing that is the latest rumour is that whole maintenance teams can’t go to a station 5 mins away. Yes this is true in sense. It used to be that all the track was one company but a few years ago network bosses broke up network rail
Into routes (created more directors in the process) so the two example stations that were given are two different companies technically with own budgets staff allocation etc. It’s a ludicrous system but the workers work with what they have that system was created by management and the government. Also for the whole working other areas it also comes down to safety for anybody that doesn’t work on the railway, it all looks the same mostly, you must know where the access is, nearest hospital, details for signaller, electrical control operator, protecting signals, line speeds , sighting distances, traffic ,buried services, steep drops ,water ways the railways are very dangerous places and on top of that still working on live railways!!! Jumping out of the way of moving trains at 125mph. Area knowledge will save your life and the lives of passengers. No human can remember everywhere so areas are broken up within the routes for this reason so the staff know where they are!!! For the 3 people to change a bulb this is also a play on words, yes it may be 3 people but that is one person looking out so they didn’t get splatterd by trains which happens REGULAR!!! I cannot say how dangerous the railway is and the other two are one to do the work and one to safety check the work these are not lightbulbs in a office these are bulbs in complex signalling systems which no room for error is allowed because if it was ,instead of a signal showing red or stop may show green and GO!!! and you can imagine what happens then. So one person cannot sign there own work off it must be verified by another by law!!! Not the unions ..the law!! I don’t want to sound Patronising but I feel that people are not being told the whole truth
