The Lord is speaking to me today. Goodness. This is the 4th time today. I have been reminded about worry and anxiousness. I am going to stop worrying now, and know that He is taking care of it. Thank you Amanda for being His vessel! I'm trying not to cry, because it is just so cool when things like this happen. When He keeps reminding me today not to worry. He is so good!!!! Also, I love the Kendrick brothers' movies! They are all so good. Courageous is my favorite, although I can't ever get through it without crying.

Facing the giants is SO good! I love that one, and courageous and fire proof! Now I want to go and watch all of those! I tend to worry a lot too. A friend reminded me once that Peter only started to sink in the water when He took his eyes off of Jesus. Great devotion today!

Amen sis, I love what you shared today 🙏🏻 I'm reminded what true worship is when I think of Abraham going up to offer Isaac his promised son, and he says "we are going up to worship, wait here"(Genesis 22) Trust in God, obedience to His guidance and love for Him is the heart of worship when i think of Abraham, and Job, who worshiped the Lord after he lost his children, his worship was trust in God above all else. The New testament teaches us the Lord is seeking those who will worship Him in truth and in Spirit. That reminds me of the old testament worship of Abraham and Job, of Ruth who left everything to a life of poverty in order to take care of her mother-in-law. So many examples. That's what I thought when you shared about the way we serve in our homes and how we are to be with our families and the brethren. I have felt that many times about my family sitting while I clean. And the Lord always corrects that behavior in me because it's not glorifying Him. I'm thankful that He stays faithful to correct. I can testify that without Jesus it is truly impossible, but He surely keeps His word when He told us that we would be able to do these things through Him for He alone is our strength. Even the ability to listen to correction in my life is glory to God. He is the Faithful one 🙌🏻
