This is a beautiful 1997 Chaparral 290 Signature cruiser. At 9’9” wide, 31’11” long, and weighing in just under 9,000 lbs., you will enjoy a smooth ride in rough water with all the comforts of home. Dockside you have shore power to maintain your heat and air. While moored in a cove of choice or underway, you have a Kohler generator with just 61 hours. Speaking of being underway, she only has 253 hours on the twin 5.7L Mercruiser 350’s. It’s pushed along by the time tried and proven Mercruiser Alpha drive system.
This one is a local Lake Ozark 2 owner boat; bottom paint is good. It has the massive upgraded swim platform which wasn’t a factory option at the time. It fits and looks absolutely perfect. In the cockpit you’ll find a stunning example of what happens when you have pride in ownership. The vinyl, carpet, helm panels, gauge faces, cabin carpet, headliner, you name it- you must see to appreciate.

I would always prefer living on a boat than owning a house

It can get cold in the winter here in Europe but as long as 6he boat has a heater or a generator 7 are fihe

How would you make any money on this boat if you are buying it from a broker? You would need to buy the boat at wholesale or trade in value to be able to sell it to make a profit. The broker wants to make a profit also, so unless the owner is willing to sell at a greatly reduced price, I do not see how buying from a broker would let you make money.

The broker’s customer wants to buy the boat he has listed bad. Since he can’t trade on it, the broker calls to get an immediate cash offer. That gets rid of the trade for the brokers customer and puts a deal together easily for the broker, so it’s a triple win for all 4 parties.
