This house has a soul & warmth.
Unlike so many 'buildings' I've seen in this series...

This is called a "🏡 " ... much better than earlier lavish bungalows
World needs Contemporary approach....we should not dwell on traditional designed houses for much time...our architecture needs to upgrade a lot....other lavish houses are built as per urban life needs
@@abhishekajgaonkar8654 Contemporary doesn't means you build a hotel morphology in a house . You need not to loose the value of 'scale' in houses which certainly Monumental lavish bungalows looses

I love the organic approach with nature in the centre . Court yard houses are so indian from an architectural point of view and i love that be celebrated here . If i rebuild i would also love to have a courtyard home .

Ahmadabad rainy season is 4 months and it receives total of 30 inches of rain on average

Yes please
For plots of that size typically clients in India do not hire architects. They go directly for the contractor. Hence, I guess its difficult to find projects for small plot sizes.
This is same in Pakistan also

Hi, i think the plot size mentioned has typing mistake. is it Sq Mt instead of Sq Ft?? :)
I checked their webside as well, there as well there is a confusion, about the plot size, they have mentioned PLOT AREA : 3400 SQ. M.
BUILT UP AREA : 2800 SQ. M. BUT BELOW in the description, it is 2400 sqft.
