It took me about 6-8 revisions to get my scleral prescription right. The optometrist said it was the longest he had seen. It was worth it to get the best vision. I've had since I was in my 20s.
My advice is to talk to find a great optometrist that is skilled in scleral lenses and make sure that you can do revisions until you get the vision you want. Its so worth it

Fantastic speaker! I'm a soon to be scleral lens wearer due to facial paralysis from AN surgery. 🤞 I appreciate hearing the perspective and encouragement for what constitutes "success". Thank you

Thank you for your presentation, it's really encouraging me to hang in there. It's my third day and I can't tolerate them for more than three hours due to significant dry sensation. However, what I really find worrisome is that there are occasions when I experience severe irritation and significant degradation of vision. I can't read, drive or go for a walk because of blurriness. It takes several hours for it to subside. I hope there's a solution for this.

Air bubbles were causing the problem. Once I resolved this and started to add celluvisc with the saline things got alot better! However I've had to stop wearing them unfortunately. My left eye is very sensitive and because I wasn't able to remove the lens without some rubbing upon removal it became much worse. I just can't seem to remove the left lens without some scratching.

Hi, I struggle with surface wetting - Did you soak the lens in the conditioner overnight or did you put the conditioner on the front of the lens

How can I contact you? Where is your location? I have a few questions. I had surgery long time ago. My vision is very poor.
