well if you watch the whole video it looks simular to when i screen my compost bin. screening out things that dont turn in to earth! say spoons, knifes, plastic and so on.. I dont throw those things in the compoat but say my renters dont always bother to sort their garbagecompleatly, say throwing in a plastic ice box if thats what they used to collect food scraps.. but once a year when i empty and screen my compost its not much extra worksorting it out and place the plastic in the regular waste bin and metal in the metal bin.. AND the uncomposed say bones and branches back in the NEW compost bin.. its a great way to start a new compost becouse thoise bones-branches is full of composting bacterias. hehe
