Just an inch apart. That's about the distance when you use a seed tray. But if your seedbed is in the soil, you plant your seeds in rows. The rows are 10cm apart. Just don't put too many seeds in a row. They'll get crowded. Otherwise, because the roots can go deeper in the soil, you have seeds close to each other. Good luck!

Is it recommended i mix poultry manure with soil lets say a month before i tranplant.? im worried that it can burn down my crop
If it was composted for some weeks before using it. All manure needs composting before farm use. Composting reduces the acids that burn your crops.

Not advisable. If you must, make sure crops get enough sun to dry the leaves afterwards. Otherwise, diseases will be a problem.
