As much as I love persona 5, it really needs some extra dialogue options or changes if you're on new game plus or whatever and manage to ask a girl out before the game expects. Notably, the beach scene! Maybe in its own golden edition.
'Cept it can't be called Golden, too, cuz first of all... that's so 2012. Second, it doesn't fit the aesthetic. I've got my money on either Silver, Platinum (Gotta catch 'em all!), or Shadow, just so you know you gotta be careful of that edge, 'fore you cut yourself.
People think the new Persona 5 will be Persona 5 Platinum because of Persona 4 Golden. Nobody expected the name to be revealed as Persona 5 POPO, following Persona 3 FES.

On my initial playthrough, I wasn't able to ask Chie straight out but I was able to ask Yukiko straight out. I think the courage requirement to do that is only Rank 2.
Rank 3 for both. You'll never have Rank 3 for Chie at the start because it's all scripted up to that point.

@@hisen3.146 Actually I’m pretty sure it is Rank 2 for Yukiko. I remember i reached Rank 3 courage after speaking with Yukiko but I was still able to use this dialogue option.

The amount of things I’ve tried to say in this game but wasn’t allowed because I didn’t have courage is both hilarious and realistic
As much as the original chie voice was kinda lower and, for lack of a better word, seductive, I prefer Erin's Chie more. It hits the high school type voice more and makes some of the more tomboy tendencies more believable.
Tracey's Chie seemed more believable IMO, P4G's voice makes her seem more like a character rather than a believable person. To me at least.

Ewww.... P4Golden Chie sounds like a bad voice actor. It doesn't really match the tone of all the other characters.
I think the new chie is much more "smooth" transition from japanese dub to eng dub to those who comparing since they are similar in voice.
Of course, there would be detractors since there's a lot of people playing the original and/or prefer the original heavy voice instead the common "it's too squeaky".

Tovarish Tony Yukiko is loud and obnoxious, she is the only character of the main cast Inreaaly wanted to die. She laughs like an idiot and jokes like an idiot, acts like a princess during the game. Romantic moments are way better with Naoto or Marie. Outside of being an OK party member she is garbage.

Even out of persona 5, which I believe was cast very well, I think the voice acting for this game is the best, especially Kanji Yosuke and Chie. They all just sound perfect for the looks

Marky Grajo they'd have to remaster it with today's demands for 1080p. The current polygon count would look like garbage. I'll admit I'm a little biased since I was first introduced to persona through the vita though. I can't see it selling a ton on the PS4, personally.

I think that yu never went through accepting your shadow because your shadow is your true heart and persona user summon from their heart- a representation of their true nature. But a wild card summons from the mind- infinite possibilities.

I remember I asked Yukkiko straight out during my very first playthrough. I wasn’t able to with Chie so I thought surely I wasn’t ready to do it with Yukkiko’s dialogue, but when I hit it the game just kept going lol.

People put a "perfect" voice for characters but sounding higher pitched fits a highschool student and her personality makes her high voice kung fu noises all the better, Chie has a great voice actor. People never sound how you expect in real life so stop treating va's like they do something wrong, there is nothing wrong with a high voice.
