Superstore follows a group of employees working at Cloud 9, a fictional big-box store in St. Louis, Missouri. The ensemble and supporting cast features America Ferrera as Amy Dubanowski, Ben Feldman as Jonah Simms, Lauren Ash as Dina Fox, Colton Dunn as Garrett McNeil, Nico Santos as Mateo Fernando Aquino Liwanag, Nichole Bloom as Cheyenne Tyler Lee and Mark McKinney as Glenn Sturgis. The series uses comedy to tackle big topics in American culture, including immigration and workers' rights.

I don't think Lorne lets them do TV spots while on snl...they prob can only do movies for a) branding reasons that Lorne determines and b) they work really long hours during the regular tv season & do movies in the summer
