Finally, demo where there is no fear of using b string! Grat job!😊
Thank you so much!
Absolutely the best BB735 demo I've seen... Amazing playing. You have a new subscriber.
Thank you so much for kind words and subscription, appreciate that!
Finally a demo of this bass. I have the 4 string version. Killer bass.
Hey man could you tell me hows the neck thinking about getting one is the 4 string similar to like fender j bass width.
I love everything about it but I also prefer thin necks.
@@ixa-3140 I haven't played jazz bass, but the neck on the Yamaha bass is normal to me, not fat, chunky. It's perfect.
You mean a demo with someone that can actually play.
Nice demo ! and great sounding BB ... Yamaha Rocks ! I just orderd one....
Like everyone is saying - the BEST demo + playing out there. I just bought this bass - won’t b here till next week :(
Oh my I’m loving this demo!
Please - what strings and gauges here? Sooo well balanced
🙏🙏🙏
That's interesting.
When I put a lot of effort and time into creating my reviews nowadays, I get a few comments and about 500 views. But when I re-watch my old one-take-made videos with 25k+ views and cool comments I'm just like, wow, what I am doing wrong these days? 😅
Tones in the hands👍
Awesome demo, amazing tone, great playing, love it! ❤️👍

Christopher Braunitzer thank you for checking my review, I really like this bass, 5 strings, comfortable neck, wide range of sound, super cool!

Hi Igor, "Thank You Thank You Thank You" for another great video, I'm interested in purchasing this bass and wanted to know the different tones it has to offer and there you are breaking it down for us, again "Thank You" 🙏🏽
Sheldon George you’re more than welcome! Thanks for checking my video 🙏
Love from India great playing 💓
thank you so much! Greetings from Ukraine
🔥🔥🔥🔥
Oh BTW Igor your a great player ! I like your style .....
james Drisdelle thank you!
Awesome demo. I have a Yamaha bb bass too and it sounds awesome. Great bass for any genre. Including metal. \m/
Hey mate. I'm thinking about this bass, I only really play metal and heavy hard rock. You reckon you can get a good metal sounding tone?
Yes you can get a killer metal tone from the bb basses. Put on a set a stainless steel strings and you’ll get a killer punchy sound. It also sounds amazing with distortion. The trbx bass is another good bass for metal. I highly recommend them both.
thanks for checking the review, appreciate that a lot!
I love tone
Thank you for checking the video
👍👍👍
Andrey Akhmedvaliev спасибо!
This is the cleanest BB735A video I've ever heard. It sounds really good. Do you have some audio processing going on in PC?
Thanks! I use Logic Pro X and a little compression, that's all :)
Great stuff! Which one would you choose between BB735A and TRB1005? Thanks!
Thanks! I like BB series
@@IgorOdaryuk I bought it! What a machine.... :)
@@janebozinovski5005 you’re lucky, I must send this screenshot to Yamaha to take my % 😂
@@IgorOdaryuk sure, if that helps be my guest :P
Hi! Would you recommend this Yamaha BB735A compare to Sire V3 2nd gen 5 strings? SUB!
Sorry for late response - I would choose Yamaha anyway
Was wondering the exact same thing. Thanks for the answer.
@@IgorOdaryuk Great demo! I wanted to find out on this Yamahabb735a how low was the action? Or was it standard? Im looking to lower my action I feel its a bit too high for me.
@@CHUBBY12309 thanks for checking my review, appreciate your time! About the action on bass - when I make the video it was “from factory” so, I feel it like a little bit higher so I make it lower BUT without any buzzing on 1->5 frets and it’s so comfortable, dream bass!
What do you think of this bass in comparison of fender p bass?? Thank you
Remy Lanca I think there’s no need to compare this two different Basses. Pbass is probably the most iconic bass of all the history. I like Yamaha Basses for low, powerful 5 string, if I need 4 string I prefer JB of Pbass
But that's his preference, don't judge by other people's opinions. It varies. BBs are iconic basses too in many ways much better than P or J basses.
@@savanaviolenta true words
Nice playing! Whats the weight of it?
Raitis Neitāls thanks! I don’t know exactly, but it’s not like old fender jb
This bass is about 9 lbs. I have a passive Yamaha bb bass and it weighs the same and sounds awesome. Especially with stainless steel strings. \m/
if u choose , trbx 505 or this bass for some bold sound
in my opinion BB have the bolder sound then TRBX, but we all different, so you must choose it by your ear. And you should compare BB735 with TRBX605 more than TRBX505.
How does the neck feel? I had the 734A, and the fretboard edges were sharp and causes my left hand pain.
Sometimes it happens :( but this one was comfortable. Maybe in your place Low level of humidity (lack of moisture), it’s common reason for sharp frets. The best way to fix it - visit bass “doctor” or your local guitar tech in music store
B string okay? Kinds sounds flabby. How does it feel?
I like low B on Yamaha basses, most of the time it’s perfect. Not like on fender basses, where you can get 10 basses and only 2-3 would be ok about low B
Where is the bass made?
I don’t know, you can use google to find out this information
This BB or Trbx605fm???
@@IgorOdaryuk i read …
I can’t decide for you what to choose, listen as much as you can and then decide what you like more. I like more BB series it’s more classic Yamaha sound, TRBX is more nowadays instrument. Only you can decide what is better. Hope you can find YOUR bass, have fun!
@@IgorOdaryuk But the hardware and construction of 735a are better or the same than Trbx ?
@@peixecobain well, neck construction on bb different, you’re right, than on trbx. But I prefer to choose the bass for sound not of specs, try to listen those models in your local music store. You buy not hardware or neck construction, you buy THE SOUND :) so, listen-choose-buy. I guess that’s the right algorithm, but of course YOUR opinion is the key, don’t listen anyone
Love that 🅱️
Hell yes!
