- This is an underwater video of a still-living Pacifiic footballfish that I was able to miraculously shoot in the Japanese ocean.
Footballfish is a typical deep-sea fish.
It seems to live from several hundred meters to about １,000 meters.
It is impossible fish seen in scuba diving.
It was weak, but still alive.

I did some research to make this video, but it seems that there are 130 types of Footballfish in the world.
It seems that the Pacific Ocean and the Atlantic Ocean are almost the same, but they are different species.

People shouldn't be worried. One washed up, it happens, currents change and wash up bodies of fish after their carcasses fill with gasses during decomposition and rise to the surface. If multiple washed up on the shore then we should be concerned
