Brawl Stars new RANKED mode have some PROBLEMS

The new rank mode in brawl stars is not perfect. This video will list the flaws this mode has.

im a litteral mythic 2 and still havent gotten a frikin ranked skin, while some of these bronze to gold players have like 1-3 skins. they should honestly maked skins a gauranteed after a few drops. the rng is rlly fucked up rn

Ngl it’s kind of unrewarding seeing a gold player get a ranked skin while you are high diamond-mythic not getting a single ranked skin but instead useless sprays and profile icons. Don’t even get me started with bling

Idk Abt stardrops, every season you get the chance to get 0 or 5 skins, but I agree on you with the modifiers, also add that now it's mixed up between solos and teams, that's disgusting too

I’d love to see a locking mechanic where you could lock in a reward could be: bling, could be a specific skin, could be a spray. And you would have boosted rng towards that reward. And higher rank ranked Starr drops should give more rng towards better rewards and your locked in reward

If you do the math, there is a 28.2% you will go to legendary 3 without getting any skins. it should have a 15% chance or something not 10%

My ideas to weaks i would give to this gamemode:
The modifiers:
Quickfire: there is nothing to save this modifier but i mean at least fix the bug that every attack that isnt projectile (like all throwers, Mico, Jacky/Doug/R-T , Mortis) DOESNT GIVES YOU THAT 5% OF AMMO BACK ITS JUST DONT WORK FIX THAT!!!!
TimerDetonation: I feel like this one is way too quick, like literally 30 seconds in game and map almost gone(unless maybe if there like blocks right in the middle of map) i feel like they should make that map will COMPLETELY be destroyed at last second of the match, so Wipeout/Bounty will detonate 2minutes ,BrawlBall/Heist will detonate 2,5 minutes, Gem Grab destroyed after 3min and lastly Knockout dont have stabile timer so just give it like 4 minutes i guess, i mean just make it much much slower, so you can not only pick Long Ranged brawlers but also rely on good for map brawler and get a fast win, so map is destroyed just a little bit.

Starr Drops:
Firstly, why da heck you get default Epic, Mythic, and Legendary Starr Drops in Ranked? i would replace them with Ranked starrdrops, and For reaching 1 Silver, you get guarantee Spray for new season, For 1 Gold you get ProfPicture for new season, and lastly for Diamond 1 you get a skin for new season, so it actually will time to get, but not be extremly hard to get for everyone.
And just make drops ONLY 33% Spray 33% Profile Picture and 33% Skin. If you already have them all , that for spray and icon you get 200 Bling compesation for skin you get 1000 Bling compensation.
THAT WILL MAKE EVERYONE HAPPY
