What an interesting man Ross is and what a collection. Thanks Chad & Jolene for taking us...
What a priceless experience! Thanks for taking us along! 😊
I ONLY HAVE ONE WORD FOR THIS ADVENTURE, WOW!!!!! THANKS FOR DOCUMENTING THIS WONDERFUL COLLECTION!!! THANKS, ROSS FOR SHARING, AND THANKS CHAD, AND JOLENE FOR TAKING US ALONG......................
Man, tell me that guy I don’t have everything wouldn’t be shit. Some people are just blessed. Really blessed. God bless.
The amount of history he has is mind boggling.
Some really unique cars in this collection
Ross is a hoot, really enjoyed the tour with him.......thank you sir.
That guy’s collection is unbelievable! Awesome!
The Property of dreams!! WOW!!
I really enjoy listening to Ross!
Very nice collection looks like Mr. Ross has got it going on and he seems to enjoy them so much good for him he seems like a great guy
Thanks for bringing us along for the tour of Ross.s collection. All i can say is WOW.......
Hi Jolene and Chad hope you all are enjoying yourselves. Those old cars will probably never be finished. Thanks for taking us along with you. God bless and have a blessed evening and night
Yep, there will be an auction when he dies... "barn finds"
Ross certainly knows his stuff... has quite an assortment of very interesting collection of cars and other goodies. Thanks Jolene, hope you guys get to Australia soon!!!
You could see Chad’s wheels spinning, wondering how he could get a few of those back to Canning. Every time he would look back at Jolene with that puppy dog, little kid look saying with his eyes, “can I get it mommy”? Asking for permission. I bet, I bet he goes back to buy a couple of those cars and to get a free camper since his trip got screwed.
Always polite and showing respect for other peoples cars and property. Shown through asking permission before you look or touch. Great collection, and a privilege to have Ross show you around.
Thanks for the door Ross and bad Chad Queen Jolene appreciate it very much. Some awesome stuff and the guys got everything. Holy shit wow.
Watching Ross go down memory lane with his cars is bittersweet, knowing he will never see 1/2 or more of this collection get done ...
May never see one car finished, sadly this is common with car collectors 100 cars and 101 projects. These barns full of cars left to rot away slowly and sometimes the families just see it all as a burden of junk. Concentrate on 1 or 2 and enjoy your life
I love these guys because they've saved cars that otherwise might not have survived. I hate these guys because they always wait too long to sell these to deserving new owners and then after they die they all go in an auction.
Actually his kids already told him its all going to the scrapper if he passes.
This old boy is a bite of a horder lol😂 but has some pretty cool stuff he has collected over the years wow..😮
horder no horders have junk too he don't.....❤
@@timmorel79 he's definitely has some cars well worth restoring or making a rod nice..
Honestly if your a car guy this is like being a kid in a candy store just so cool.. 😎
was going to say chads like a kid in a sweet shop but should say i was what a collection of cars and a wealth of knowledge from ross thank you wish i was not in uk .thanks as always
The stories those cars could tell, thanks for sharing.
This guy must get so depressed walking through this, all the stories going with each car , then saying I’m gonna get this done and that done, probably knowing that time isn’t on his side.😢
🤣
Wow. Ross has quite the collection. I can see Chad coming back or at least know where he might get some parts for future builds! Awesome video Jolene!
Is very good love watching his shows
Thought he had a lot of stuff and now even more, wow!
Love his collection of projects and collectibles. That old cadi is awesome.
Looking forward too seeing 👀 this should be good 👍
Chad & Jolene thank you for part 2 of the tour it is amazing how much Ross has! I really enjoyed walking through with you two and Ross. Love listening to the stories & history of the cars and how he aquired them, I could listen for hours thank you Ross! Wondering where things are at with you two at this point if you are still in Vancouver, headed home, or heading for Australia at this point? I hope things are working out for you!
I'm pretty sure that Tornado has the gears in the Transmission that was one year only and had a limited slip which was very uncommon for a front wheel drive
Back in the 70s we used that engine and trans axel to build sand drag cars and dune buggies .
I believe it has the high compression 425 big block.
Great car also 😎👍
It looked like a '66, best looking Tornado they built, the newer models became too gaudy. The '66 has one of the best steering wheels ever, '69 I think they flattened it. Don't know about the '66 transmission but the later ones had a chain inside.
I mulched the transmission out of an Olds like the white one, reverse is on the bottom of the shift sequence.
Edit: I was mistaken, the best looking steering wheel was on the '61 Olds Starfire, and the '61 Dynamic 88 in the video.
Great collection, thx for the tour. Some serious looking cars there.
Building a 37 Plymouth 4 door at the moment running a 318ci engine and 904 transmission. Using Mitsubishi l300 front suspension to replace solid axle and putting the short leafs from front to the rear and valiant differential. Perfect picnic car for family and friends
Enjoyed the tour, thanks folks!
What an amazing collection Ross and in my backyard. I wish I was in the position to be able to contact you and purchase something but I am not. I hope you can find the right home for these treasures. Thank you Chad and Jolene for introducing us to Ross.
All I know is Ross must have been loaded ($) when you think of the cost of some of those vehicles wow big dough way to go Chad and Joe great walk thru biggest barn finds I've witnessed killer job aloha
Nice 👍 yada yada yada 👍 collection 👌Thank you for sharing 🙏
What a wonderful walk through history 😁 amazing size to the storage facility. 🤔 It an old military building.
Nice collection.Ha ,I also know a dude that has a ton of stuff but never finishes anything, just keeps stacking stuff.
Where does one find a barn kept Barris Custom? Mind blown!
Time for an Auction on this Stuff...Quite a Collection...Amazing...😮😮😮
My...My...😊
My first car I built was a 1968 Toyota 4 door. I don't mind four doors fixed up right they can look just as good as a 2 door. It's easier to get to the back seat of a 4 door to put stuff in, just like people using a SUV for hauling stuff they open the back door to put stuff in the back seat. 4 door wagons and such I know the 2 door wagons are more desirable because there are less made. The reason they sold more 4 doors because back then people were raising bigger families that meant hauling more stuff in the automobile. I know this because my parent's had a large family and own a few wagons then in the 70's the van craze came out. Pop's bought a van and fixed the inside up with shag carpet and cool bench seats, he had some cool eagle wing window's installed in his van on the side's of the van. I do have picture's of it.
Well you had me guessing on this cut just what you were doing. Guess that’s why you are the expert. Looking forward to tomorrow as you progress. As you I like chopped roofs more and more.
Good videos lately. I like these field trips. Comforting somehow seeing and listening to the cars journey.
By the time you get around to the back side of the garage, you forget what was at the start..... so around you go again 😉 Those camper cars.... "rustic"
So many project's so little time !
That Chevy Sedan Delivery.... would make a sweet shop truck
SMALL WORLD!!!
I totally recognize that place. I used to rent storage there on that property.
I really enjoy your channel BTW.
Definitely an awesome experience in this video with all these old cars but sad to say most of them will probably rot sitting there
This is what hard work and sacrifices bring. A life long Journey.
Wow..awesome collection...that purple people eater 💜 was 😎 cool...such an inspiration you guys...im 57 and I miss some the cars I had...I gotta get me a project car...cya guys tomorrow
I had a feeling Ross, you had a bunch of gems elsewhere, other than your home. I didn't know you had three buildings full of them. You were smart fella to search them out when the prices were right. I use to own a 66 Toronado in mint condition sold it after the cv joints wore out, cost five hundred bucks to one cv joint and there's four of them. Not and that was without labor back in the early mid 80's. Miss that car though that thing was fast, most comfortable car you will ever drive. Got a 455 under the hood.
Very interesting man. He has a few toys. Lol. Thanks for taking us along.
Could spend all day looking at stuff like this, would have liked to seen how big the building looked from the outside
Between the first video and this one im amazed at all the good stuff he has so many cherry cars and the parts are threw the roof 😮😮😮😮
I have a 1950 two door Chevy. With the long slopped back. I belive they called them a Terpedo..Sayes Delux on the front fenders. And has a gold impala at a run as hood ornament Also sun visor. Car is one hundred persmcent complete. Its been sitting in a feld for thirty years. Needs fully restored.
it almost at the some point of a hoarder ... there is a line between collector and a hoarder ... a collector has plans of attack, hoarders collect without any intent of getting them to completion. At least they are not rotting in a back yard ... hope he gets them sold / fixed up
great collection🤩
Omg! Piling all these rare cars and your age is busy catching up Why don't he sell them
Wouaw great Hope you Can get some stuff
There is likely as many good project cars in Ross’s possession than all Nova Scotia. And the condition they are in. Wow.
Grab a diesel dully, go get a 6 car trailer and bring some toys home.
I volunteer to run back with you for a second load!
Great job, Ross is a legend 👏 thank you 👍
Dude could make a killing selling all those duallys. Mainly the dodges with the 12 valve. People are paying insane prices for anything with an old cummins now.
That is incredible. I wonder how many times we drive by a large old building and don't realize it's filled with duke ass old cars.
Probably way more than we think.
Ross’s capacity to retain information and each car’s history is amazing. And he’s on the west coast 🌲👍🏼
i sure am enjoying all this you guys,,
I don't really know for sure but I think I met Ross many years ago when I was a young man. He was camping on a camp site in that very truck.

Now this is a collection of all different types. I know Chad and Jolene would like a few of them.
Had a great time hanging out today thank you ross for Having runes along.
Mollins. Trailer. Rare
Idk,tell me if I'm wtong, but I think this dude is scooping up cars and letting them just sit .prob. bids higher and nobody else has a chance at them. They just sit and wither away at his place. His wife must go crazy.
That 58 cevy delivery wagon is the deal so much potential there
Bad Chad is clearly the Heir Apparent. You guys are gonna need another building soon! All pre-sixty ! Maybe 62’
wow, that's an amazing collection 😎👍
I think there are probably some interesting projects for Chad...
I was gonna go to sleep until I seen this 👍sweet tour 😮 Jolene and Chad need a multi-car carrier 😅 thanks Ross ☮️
i like watching the build videos but i absolutely love it when you go visit guys with crazy collections its just wonderful in every way .
Oh yeah 😎 barn full of Kool stuff
We had a Cadillac El Dorado and when we needed parts we got them for OldsToronados because the parts were cheaper but they are the same car with different body.
Many years back, there was a parts guy in my hometown who had a catalog of interchangeable GM car parts from the 50’s.
He was a popular guy with all the local mechanics.
Great collection
الله ربى على جمال السيارات القديمة مااجملها ❤❤❤ممتاذ ورائع 10:23
Any louvered roofs there? And the reason being is
Wow a very cool guy and a wealth of knowledge
This guy has "collected" a lot of stuff. Typical of those who will never get any of them on the road. Time will expire on the deal. Best deal here is have an auction and put the cars into the hands of someone who will complete the builds.
He got everything very awesome.
So Nice to see o my Thank you Ross & Chad & Jolene
All the cars are fantastic shape
Wow what a collection of cars never ending, really amazing, thanks for the tour
That 1947 Caddy 2 door is the Series 62 model. Very cool car. 👍🏻😎👍🏻
GET THAT CADDY CHAD😮
Chad and Jolene are Cooler Than Dang it!
You guys need to get a transport truck there and buy some of these cars. Holy cow it will cost to ship them but wow 👌 some hard to stuff right here and would a love to see a trip out there to build and drive back home
LOVE THIS GUY!!!😎 where are the finished cars??? cautionary tale....
Good stuff Chadster!
That purple people eater bad Chad sweet jolene was as its called the cats meow of custom cars by George barris out of California she was beautiful
Wow awesome what a pickers paradise
Nice collection
Ross may enjoy having someone take a few pictures of any he's looking to sell. Give him some space out of the rain to tinker on some keepers??? I've always wanted a old mercury. Maybe one day... Marketplace prices are ridiculous in the PNW of the States.
