Just made this and it was delicious 😋 Enjoyed by the whole family and easily fed 5 with generous portions with a big portion left over! Thank you Scott we absolutely love your recipes and I find the format you present them in so much more accessable, for a dyslexic whole shise away from books. At the age of 55 you have sparked my enthusiasm for cooking. 👍
Great video but kinda blew past one of the most important parts of making this dish… the temp setting to set it at. All and all good video and keep up the good work 👍
I bought the beef brisquet....came in a pack....then I noticed it was like in corned beed slime :( I cooked for a long time only to have it taste like corned beef 😢 😢😢😢
Thank you so much for a non-terrifying brisket recipe, have a Dexter Brisket in the freezer and I am going to give it a go 🤗
Hope you enjoy

i am allergic to onions, am i able to keep them out? and still get about the same taste?
Sure, you can skip the onions out. :)
What are the mixed herbs?
Sorry, what we call “Italian seasoning”
@@ScottBaptie thanks!
That looks awesome, did you just but a brisket joint and cut it into smaller chunks?
Yes, you can easily cut them after cooking :)
