    This is a strange mirror image of my family. Catholics who at various times served in the British forces and fought against those same forces. The only difference is a separation of 220 years and my family is Scottish.

      One of my earliest memories is watching on the news what the Provos did in Omagh.
      I have no problem with an Irishman joining the British Army after seeing what them murdering knackers did to civilians.
