Note that the TruSpeed for Scalextric digital is wired, and will work with the original 4 car base, and the two prior 6 car bases (C7030 and C7042/APB) however it will not work with the ARC Pro, which is wireless only. For that, I recommend the slot.it SCP3, which is wireless and can be updated with firmware to work with the ARC Pro Scalextric Digital power base. Electric Dreams also carries the slot.it SCP3. For that matter, I see they also carry the SCP1 and SCP2 as well as the Digital cartridge that works on a variety of digital systems, including Scalextric (wired) and Carrera. These options would have fit nicely into this video. The Slot.it modular controller system is a great and versatile controller system that can work with pretty much any type of slot car racing.

@@mannicshaving No. That would be for oXigen. I've had and used the SCP controllers with digital of various kinds for over 10 years, starting with Scalextric digital on my C7030 (original 6 car base) using Scalextric brand SSD chips. The controller plugs into the power base just like any of these other controllers do. The same controller and cartridge (configured with the appropriate cables and settings) will work on SSD, Carrera, SCX, and Ninco digital, all with the OEM digital chips in their OEM cars.
