    Just add a little VODKA to the DESSERT and you will be amazed
    Ingredients:
    10 eggs
    1 1/2 cups (approx. 300 g) sugar
    2 cups (approx. 500 ml) milk
    1 cup (approx. 250 g) kefir
    1 cup (approx. 240 ml) sunflower oil
    2 1/2 cups (approx. 300 g) wheat flour
    2 tablespoons (approx. 30 g) sodium bicarbonate (baking soda)
    About 1.5 tablespoons (about 25 g) of vodka
    About 1 tablespoon (approx. 15 g) butter
    Vanilla
    Some semolina
    Step 1
    In a large bowl, mix the flour with the bicarbonate of soda, gradually add the oil, kefir and milk and mix all the ingredients well so that there are no lumps. We need to get a liquid composition similar to pancakes. At this moment we add the vanilla.

    In a large bowl, mix the eggs with the sugar until incorporated. Pour the eggs into the starting mixture and mix for 7-10 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is formed. At the end we add vodka.

    Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 230-250°C. Place the finished mixture in a pot with a lid, preferably one made of cast iron or something you have at home. Grease the pot with butter and sprinkle with wheat semolina. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and place in the oven at 230-250 degrees C for 2 hours, then at 150 degrees C for 1 hour.
    After turning off the oven, leave it there for another 15 to 30 minutes. After the minutes have elapsed, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for another 30 minutes.
    After it has cooled, we turn it over on a plate and check if it has the desired texture. For the test to be successful, it must have a porous texture with many holes.
