Bix Beiderbecke Memorial Festival, NEW ORLEANS SHUFFLE, Last Tune @ The Knoxville Tap, Aug 3, 2023

In a few hours, today, July 31st, 2024, a great number of the finest musicians and great friends, will take part in this years event. Sadly, this year, we haven't crossed the North Sea and the Atlantic airspace for Chicago for the drive to Davenport, Iowa, to visit this great festival. Here is the NEW ORLEANS SHUFFLE, the last tune at The Knoxville Tap, Milan, IL, the in-official start of The Bix Beiderbecke Memorial Festival, August 3rd, 2023. It is with great sorry, we realize that for Claus Jacobi, playing saxophone all through the evening, this was his last appearance at this site. R.I.P. Dear Claus.
