Initially I was worried when I started pulling for Toki, that I wouldn’t have enough for Nagisa, around my 80th pull on Toki’s banner I only had 40 more recruitments left before I was out, and I was getting down from my bad luck, but the moment I pulled for Nagisa on her Banner, I got her on my first 10 pull, while I had to get Toki through pity

The fact we were allowed to spark Toki and only forced to 2* her weapon (and not forced to level her, her equipment, or her weapon) does prove she has at least SOME mercy.
in my case, I managed to pull Nagisa at 70th, then Toki at 190th, the spark I used was for Nagisa since many people said she's usable in longer term than Toki.
A salt to my injury, I thought my luck was great in this game, I never spent money until Mika arrived, got so triggered I refused to spark, After 540 ( I kid you not ) pulls not even 1 single Mika, I sparked, now After 400 pulls with no Toki, had to spark for her and Nagisa. I got almost all the characters except for Aru n Mutsuki New Year because was so busy with work, and I never spent or spark before, smh.
