    Here is some important advice based upon my experience with devices that produce hydrogen. Go to your favorite on-line store and purchase a bottle of the tablets that produce hydrogen infused water. These tablets only cost between $40 to $60 a bottle and there is no equipment that breaks down, needs to be cleaned, or has components that need to be replaced. My experience is that these devices that produce hydrogen eventually break down and there is no one in the United States that repairs them. I place 2 of the tablets in a small empty glass, I then crush the tablets before pouring water over the tablets. Crushing the tablets speeds up the creation of the hydrogen infused water. You may see a guarantee offered for some of these devices, however, frequently the seller will claim that you did not properly clean or maintain the device and deny the guarantee.

    sry, dr Sara. Of all people you interviewed, this guy explains absolutely no science, just continuously regurgitating marketing-like phrases with no consistent detail whatsoever. His story maybe true, the machine might work, but I am used to your guests explaining mechanisms not just tons of sentences that in the end don't really answer your questions.

      I agree. I got the sense that Dr. Sara was doing her level best to drag the science out of someone who is either a non scientist or perhaps someone who is less than capable of clear consise scientific communication. Were this individual not featured on this channel I think I would have put hydrogen in the snake oil box. I hope going forward, Dr. Sara could elucidate on the science where this guest was clearly incapable.

    Thanks Dr. Sara for this interview. I like the idea of having the cleanest water with zero impurities(if that is true) but unfortunately, even after all the cost and time, we're still left with water that has 150-155PPM Deuterium. Now if the inhaled Hydrogen lowered the bodies Deuterium load somehow, that would be interesting. Seems like the only way, and cheapest way, to get zero impurity DDW is to buy it.

    • @MarmaladeINFP
      @MarmaladeINFP Před 15 dny +1

      I have a suspicion that the deuterium is a far more important factor. Molecular hydrogen is secondary, at best. Besides, our body already produces molecular hydrogen if we get plenty of sunlight exposure. Melanin uses sunlight to break down H20 into molecular hydrogen and molecular oxygen. The question is whether or not a healthy person with lots of sunlight gets any additional benefit from supplementing molecular hydrogen. As usual, there apparently is absolutely zero evidence that this is useful for anyone other than the severely unhealthy.

    • @Thebusysuperhuman

    i wonder if running a countertop distiller such that only the first 10% or so of the source water is distilled would output meaningfully deuterium depleted water? thousands of dollars for hydrogen equipment is a hard sell for those of us with skeptical partners and who aren't desperately unwell. The ability to apply hydrogen treatment as a gas is interesting for people who are in very rough shape and can't eat, (i.e. late-stage ALS, on deuterium rich feeding tube formulas.) I wonder about the healing possible for people with various severe, "irreversible" conditions if they stack all of the modalities discussed on this channel. Looking forward to a critical cross examination of Morley Robbins, I bought his book and found significant improvements with adding copper to my diet, and of course the copper/melanin connection should be compelling for quantum biology types, but his book still recommends a lot of plant foods that I wouldn't eat.

All with the lack of science and heavy emotionality. If you know chemistry and watch his bash of Mercola's H2, then you can see his insincerity is clear. Healthy user bias suggests many who would use a machine like this will also be making other lifestyle changes in effort to heal. How does hydrogen help in the person with hyperinsulinemia?

    • @shiftyparadigm7049
      @shiftyparadigm7049 Před 16 dny +2

      High insulin could be related to low pH in the interstitial fluid around your cells, according to yoshinori marunaka's research, this reduces the effectiveness of insulin and because it is not performing your body creates more insulin. The cells need atp and this can be created in 3 major ways: 1. fermentation or glycolysis which leads to lactate production and reduces pH in the interstitial fluid. 2. Oxidative phosphorylation which uses the tca cycle and pyruvate to create water and CO2 from molecule that have carbon and hydrogen, the final stage is the atp synthase. 3. Run the atp synthase by simply combining O2 and 2xh2 into water without the carbon carrier. The rods and cones in your eyes are not supplied with blood and instead melanin and sunlight split water into hydrogen and oxygen which then penetrates into the mitochondria around the rods and cones. See Laszlo Boros for more info on improving color vision with 670nm light melanin and low deuterium water, or hydrogen production by gut microbiome. Summary, mitochondria will increase acidity with lactate when they are dysfunctional, the acidity changes the shape of insulin and the responsiveness (phosphorylation) of insulin receptors and then your body will create more insulin because it is insufficient to lead to the desired outcome. So low deuterium hydrogenated carbon sources are great like animal fat. Rods and cones in the eyes need even more energy than other cells and so they bypass the carbon derived hydrogen and just directly create water. Sara thinks about hydrogen as an electron donor but chemically we call it a reducing agent. Oxygen is the electron acceptor which is called an oxidizing agent. When you have a reducing agent and oxidizing agent you can create a dc electrical power and drive reactions like creating atp.

    You can make molecular Hydrogen at home at almost no cost using simple alchemy. Citric or Malic acid with magnesium causes the reaction required. This is molecular hydrogen. You can do the same with deuterium via partially freezing water, making a hole in the frozen shell at the top, tipping the non frozen water out and repeating this process. This bloke is all about marketing and the machine he talks about is $4000. There is many machines out there that use no plating and China is at the forefront of innovation and technology, so i think the racist comments towards Chinese manufacturing that were born 20+ years ago need to be nipped in the butt. Anyone who knows a snake oil salesmen when they see one, knows this video isn't good for your brand Sara. Just giving you the heads up.
