Here’s something interesting about the Dealer’s ai, when he chooses to use items, it’s always in the order he got them. He always uses his oldest item (as in the first one he got compared to the others). This is why he used the cuffs before the glass in your round three (I think it was) run.
Also, Double or Nothing, get to one million, I dare you. It uses new items, the Adrenaline, which lets you steal an item, and immediately use it, item selection has a time limit. The burner phone will tell you one of the shells in the chamber, and if it is live or not, for example seventh shell live. The polarity inverter flips the polarity of the current shell, blank to live, and vise versa. And the expired medicine is a coin flip, heads, you get two charges, tails, you loose one charge (also the animation of the Dealer falling to the ground when he looses a charge to meds is funny ngl).

Papyrus, A tip for this game, if you get 2 lives in a row, (1 live shot, and then maybe racking the shotgun with the drink turns out to be live) its sae to assme the next shell is blank, same goes the other way around.
