Looooove this! The longer the better! I usually need 30-45 mins to fall asleep. I tend to skip videos under 20 mins. But videos looped to last 2+ hrs are also not great because my phone will drain/overheat loool :p For me ~1hr is perfect!!
I’m the same but normally can do like 23 minutes minimum haha (very random time) sometimes you see 7-10 minute long videos and I envy the people that can fall asleep/relax that quickly. I skip the shorter ones🥲

Helloo, you can put a timer for your phone to exit all apps and just turn the screen off, depending on what model or brand you use!!

so relatable, it takes me a while to get comfortable and relax and even longer for me to fall asleep even if it is a really tingly video
