- Seven men have been charged after violent disorder broke out in Hartlepool on Wednesday, police have confirmed.
Cleveland Police said all seven men were charged with violent disorder.
A 42-year-old man was also charged with assault by beating of an emergency worker.

I am a moderate man approaching 60. Never been to a demonstration in my life, never been arrested for anything, paid may taxes. And I am fuming about Starmer's speech. I am angry about the managed decline of my country, with tens of millions of foreigners being allowed into the country in recent years, many of whom hate the country, hate non-Muslims, and have been criminals in their country of origin.
