For years, I've said that women should not be allowed to work out in male gyms. Look at all the problems mixed gyms have caused. This is precisely why a friend and I quit our local gym a few years ago. Owners should bar anyone from video recording any time of the day.
Maybe they shouldn't be allowed to wear skin tight up their butt crack to point it acts as toilet paper near Bikini coverage outfits. lets start there.
Not sure how widespread the locations were, but when Fitness USA was still around, there were alternating men and women days. Partial reason being there was only one locker room so that made some sense. The caveat was if you were the person to go daily then that meant driving a lot in different directions AND had to be sure it was the right day.
I don't understand why recording is alowed in this first place.

Further to the intro to this video, I rather think that it’s the women who should be fitted with blindfolds (so that they’re not bothered/distracted by seeing men glancing at them, and ball gags so that they don’t run their mouths inventing fictitious complaints. Then the women can get back to their workouts, presumably why they’re in the gyms to begin with…?
One further thought: I’d love to see a woman injured/trapped on a machine and all the guys refusing to intervene, saying that they didn’t want to be accused of abuse by trying to help the woman; then let the injured bitch!

I worked at an all male Golf club. Many women were offended at that, and asked how they "got away" with having an all male facility. I pointed out that, firstly, it was privately owned by the actual members, and the laws were basically the same as for your home, but more importantly, there were 41 Female only gyms, mostly Bally, in the city where I lived. Some women just insist on playing the victim.

ive wondered that over the pass year watching these viral gym videos.. gyms are private owned not public.. makes no sense.. most private owned anything businesses dont allow you to be recording people..
sadly for most people this happens in the US where 90% of the states are only one party consent, which means if you consent to film someone you don't need their permission if it's in a public establishment like a walmart, a park, a starbucks, a gym etc.

You would think with a paid membership to a gym it would and should come with the right to privacy inside the gym which would mean no recording and if a gym thot sneaks in a camera they can be sued.

Also, as a side note, no one should ever bench press or lift like that without someone spotting them. Ladies, that’s weightlifting 101, please know what you are doing before you end up hurting yourself.
When the owners and managers of these gyms start figuring out the reason why so many of the male members of their clientele are canceling their memberships out of disgust is to simply get away from the TikTok attention whores who now infest these places, perhaps then they'll finally start showing these gym thots the door. A gym membership is a privilege, not a right.

The one with the swimming pool terrifies me. I have a very bad eyesight and without my glasses I see everything at a distance blurred and because my eyes are also very sensitive to water (that's nothing to say about water with chlorine), I use swimming glasses.
So imagine me, just swimming and minding my own business, totally unaware of what or who is in the distance due to my poor sight and then find out I am in some TikTok video labeled as a creep for staring. Scary thought.

You know, as more I see videos like that, the more I love it to live in Germany, because we have real strict laws about privacy, where it is not allowed to film someone else without he or she allow you to film this person. And yes I know Germany has more than enough other problems but, privacy laws are quite good here

@@LewtenantZen Gyms are accessible to the public but require membership making them private establishments, the only thing public about a gym is the workout area where everyone with a membership has access to the equipment you don't get to just walk in and workout for nothing so you would be wrong.

I've never had a problem. The other day I went to the gym with my teen son and some man said "i like your glasses they are nice." I said, "hey thanks man." I had to set the example to my son of how his momma is not toxic.

I thought that to be a real "gym girl" I needed to use very tight clothes but I just decided to stop sexualizing myself and now I dress like a normal human being in the gym, I wear a jogger and a baggy shirt, I don't take my clothes off and also don't take pictures or videos because that is a time for myself, I don't want to show that special moment to anyone, I want to live it, not share it ^^

Without filming there wouldn't be the issue of clout chasing. There would be no audience for any of the shenanigans. So even if toxicity remained there would be no way for it to be proliferated through the internet as it is now.
Sure, filming can be useful for checking your form etc but we've been lifting for thousands of years without the need of cameras.
There's nothing wrong with planet fitness, it's a gym, it's cheap, it's up to the individual to use it correctly or not.

I’m 57 and have been working out since I was 28. My best friend and I prefer going after 8pm because most of the “Barbies” and “Wannabe lugs” are usually gone by this time. I can’t stand them because they think it’s all about them and have no type of gym etiquette.

How gyms should be now: One gym area for males and one for females
I’m glad there are more of these types of videos. It’s out of control and clothing choices of some women are just not fair. Or rather, the lack of clothing. I’m often doing sets with my eyes closed when some walk by cuz I’m dreading getting any grief. I just want to hit the weights, get my workout complete and get the F out unscathed.
Most of the men at my gym never look at anyone. They are too busy staring at their phones while blocking others from using the equipment. If I ever find a gym that restricts phones from the gym floor, I will join it.

At this point, cameras in the gym to protect both men and women. Problem solve. No cell phones allowed unless you are leaving. Then, you can take as many photos out of the gym.

At the gym I go to recording is forbidden, but there are surveillance cameras just in case you know a guy goes ballistic on another guy for no reason and you gotta have legal exidence of what happened.
Owner says there has never been a single problem.
At 3:16 the video cut off as she was getting out of the machine?? “She didn't thank them but runs away” well duh she was kind of being crushed… There are a lot of toxic girls in the gym, but us guys calling every woman toxic at every chance we get doesn't do anything but make the problem worse.

IMHO there should be some sort of restrictions for cellphone use at gyms because of not only crap like this but if you go to a gym you’re there to work out and self improve everything else should be at most secondary so if you’re on your phone for like over half your visit then that kinda defeats the purpose of going to the gym and all that does is takes more space for people who wanna workout
