- Ahoy, Nigel and Julie, back at it again with another exciting adventure. Today, we're setting sail on the cruise ship Ambassador Ambience, and we've got something special for you - a tour of our outside cabin, Category 11, cabin 9151 on deck 9. So, fasten your seatbelts, or should I say, "life vests," as we embark on this virtual journey!
As you can see, this cabin offers a breathtaking view of the open sea. The natural light floods in, giving you a fantastic taste of that ocean breeze and the sound of waves gently lapping against the ship.
Nigel and Julie have chosen wisely with this cabin - it's spacious and cozy. Julie, can you show us that comfortable bed and those plush pillows? I bet you'll get some fantastic sleep with the soothing motion of the ship.
Now, let's not forget the bathroom. A comfortable cabin is all about the little details. Nigel, could you show us around the bathroom? The cruise ship Ambassador Ambience is known for its modern amenities, right?

Can I book a Ambassador cruise from other countries, I will be in London in June 2024. Can I book for a cruise around the UK ? Ps I love your videos thanks ever so much travels with the Russell's 🙏🙏🙏
Hi I don't see why not, as long as you are in the UK it would be straight forward I should think 👍😎
That socket, with the pins at 45 degrees, is an Austrlian one. Not surprising as the ship was part of P&O Australia for a good number of years. You can buy adaptors where the pins can move so suitable for US and Aus/NZ.

Thank you for adding this video! Great help! My first ever cruise leaves 21.12.23 and I could not find any decent images of the cabins, so was a bit worried about the space and what to take. Looks like loads of storage. 😊
Hi thanks for watching and your kind comments 😎👍, yes correct there is lots of storage in all the cabins on the Ambience as you can see on the video, not sure which ship you are going on but dont think it will the be the as she is stuck in dry dock at the moment ( if your cruise goes on the 21.12.23) you may have been swoped to the ?
the ONLY cruise going on the 21st dec is the Christmas cruise, and this is the info from Ambassador them selves ..
"Christmas & New Year Voyage 21st December - this cruise will now take place on . The duration will change from 16 to 17 nights and so will return to Tilbury on 7th January instead of the planned 6th January."

@@TravelswiththeRussells Hi - Yes, we've been switched to the Ambition which sailed 21st and due to dock back at Tilbury on 7th. I'm currently at sea en-route to Lisbon. Due to sail Bay of Biscay soon, which I've been told will be rough! Slight disappointment on there being no Casino on board the Ambition, but the cabins are spot on - beds incredibly comfortable and the staff are so helpful and friendly. Difficulty getting on to the Ship's Wifi due to technical issues on their side, but finally on it now. Expensive though at £6 per day, but prefer to have it to facetime family Christmas day.
