We Bought Ourselves an Elephant & Feed the Monkeys - Phuket | Thailand

Hello everyone, we continue our Thailand tour from where we left off.
We are now in Phuket and some of the activities you must do when you come here are bathing and feeding the elephants and visiting the monkeys. You can find these tours, sold as packages, almost everywhere in the city.
These places are often called Elephant Sanctuary and they house rescued elephants. Monkeys are found around the Monkey Temple.

Fil bakım merkezi seçerken en çok dikkat etmeniz gereken şeylerden birisi, fillerin ticaret amacıyla orada tutulmuyor olması; doğadan, yaralı ve bakıma muhtaç fillerin orada bakılıyor olması önemli. Bazı firmalar filleri kilit altında kötü şartlar altında bulunduruyor. Lütfen tur alırken kurtarılmış fillerin bulunduğu yerlere mi gidileceğini mutlaka sorun.

Gerçekten bilmiyoruz ama filler inanılmaz zekiler. Dişleri yerinde olan fil o kadar az ki. Çok üzücü gerçekten.
