George Michael - the only one who didn’t need a key change to be able to sing a queen song. What a performance. May he rest in peace

as great as George was, and he was great, even he didn't have Freddie's range and timbre..... nobody on that stage did.
George Michael's performance was the best out of all of them. His voice was fucking amazing. Rest in Peace.
It's hard to imagine the pain George must be going through. Performing for a legend who died of the same illness his partner had just be diagnosed with. His pure talent shines through, words can't describe how much we miss them both.
Plus his husband was dying too. Of the same illness in Brazil

chloenkitty yes but no queen is done like John himself said they can’t and won’t replace Freddie so yea they tour now but they mainly do it for fun and to keep Freddie and their own memory alive not to release now albums or whatever

I bet freddie loved watching this from heaven and hoping all and everyone be aware of the troubles in the world at this time (AIDS) And i hope everyone got the message from this concert as it was not only for freddie but for all who suffered and died from this horrible Disease. God bless Freddie, Queen, the musicians on this concert, and all the people who have died from this and have this terrible disease.

The show really picked up with George Michael at Somebody to Love. While he sang other songs, his energy is undeniable. Sounds like the band were really giving extra effort to. It’s my opinion, but I don’t think there is a better cover out there for any song than George Michael covering Somebody to Love
