Hi Akash, I have one query that I got H1 visa last year but I didn't travel yet and I don't have stamping on my visa yet..will get visa docs from company during visa stamping only...so can I switch company without having my visa stamping and how could I get my visa docs from my previous company once I changed my job to new company.. I really appreciate if you confirm this

No. You can't switch company without stamping. Basically you should land in US with same company
Go back., getting green card takes long time.
