Sometimes a coffee goes a long way, especially here in Italy. Don't feel obliged in any way though, best of all would be to come to Tuscany and have one here with me!

You definitely put that machine through its paces Ralf , hope the rental company don’t watch the video and see you using it for DEFORESTATION 😂, but yeah worked great better than I expected. Such a relief to now have electricity & water , well done Ralf 👍🏻.
Exactly my thoughts😂
The machine you hired saved you a day or two - fantastic, well done
Well done! Massive job!
Hi Ralph! Thats a great promotional video for the mower! Bush Buster? Quite a piece of land there and will take some sorting - but if anyone can do it, you can! Keep on trucking (and mowing) Happy daze!
Fantastic work! You are the best! So glad you have electricity. Enjoy that beer with your name on it. And have a few more, you deserve it! Thanks for sharing your Monday. 😃
Totally agree! Hardiest working couple I’ve ever seen!
What a machine!
That mower is impressive
Great progress with the huge garden clearance. Love how the boys moved into the kids area for a game of football
Going well.
A diamond in the rough. It's beautiful.
You must have a lot of scratches after that little adventure. Great work.
Yes I do!
Your certainly moving mountains, well done.
leaps & bounds, great progress dear heart. May the children & you all enjoy the garden adventures, football, dining. Peace
The French house is so lovely. My favorite house of yours.
What a beautiful piece of land. Looks like your boys are loving the new found space. When you said you were renting a machine I thought this huge tractor or mini excavator with all that brush you had to get through. 😮 That’s a mighty machine. 😅 I would say a blade strimmer might have cut through that brush but wouldn’t have been half as fun for sure. 😂
Loving the shot of you emerging from the undergrowth. 😂 Victorious! 🎉
That's some powerful mower to go through that thicket and you're brave going head first into the brush. Big accomplishment this week!!!
Now THAT'S a mower lol 😊
What a machine your lawnmower is. Great work, thank you.💕
What a transformation so far. Your doing a brilliant job.
Wow that mower earned its money 😂. The garden gets bigger every day. The French do like a lot of land with their property. We were surprised when we first saw our house just how much you get for very reasonable outlay
That mow thingy looked like big fun! Thanks for taking us along
I must say I do admire you and your work ethic. I thought initially that you were aiming too high, too quickly but maybe it will
all come together just as you hoped. Just hang in there. Any buddies to give you a hand ? All the best anyway, I’ll keep
watching to see how the end product looks over there in France. 💕
I want that mower! 😂
Machine & you both nailed it 🤗👍
Love Sue❤❤❤🇬🇧❤❤❤
Incredible work and effort on your part! Amazing progress being accomplished. Good luck with the rest of the work - both outside and in. Now that the fridge is cold, I hope you find a cold one in there daily for all you do!!!
That is quite a large yard isn't it. Amazing work on your and the mower/annihilator efforts. That garden is sure to be the boys fun for the week, they won't want to leave it. All the best with the rest of the work. Hard graft but all will be very lovely when completed.
Wow 😮 that’s amazing. Have a beer now 😊
You have done a good job clearing the land. Take care best wishes to you and your family.😊
That's a big job. You deserve a cold beer
oh yeah, major breakthrough, victory arms held high and big smile!
Strange to see your other life. With a veggie patch an' all. Such is life. I have a trail of other lives too. Good to get to grips with the estate though.
Wow, how idyllic!
Hi Ralf, great great work. That mower machine is a beast! The yard is huge and such a lovely spot. I hope you get everything settled and get a renter for that place. It would be hard to give it up.
I know its hard having different homes, we did it for years spending 6 months in each. We didn't rent either of them. And loved living in both locations but now we have sold one and stayed in one place. No more nomads. So glad you got the water and electric all settled. Looking forward to what you do inside. Xo
I'm hearing the theme song from Rocky, Gonna fly now...
Amazing progress, fearless mower of the overgrown. Still feels a bit sad...your partner is amazing for supporting you with this. Can't be easy for both of you. Hot and cold running water can fix alot.👍🏻
Woohoo finished day three now forward to four!! Great progress, looking good. You are definitely a dedicated hard worker.
Day three, super duper work on that bionic tractor.
omg, you got your money's worth from that machine! yay!
Such a bit of work clearing! By chance any flocks of sheep or goats needing some semi-regular 😅grazing space?
Dauntless and indefatigable…
“We’re not worthy!” accompanied by obsequious bowing (1992 movie “Wayne’s World”)
If anyone can do it in 8 days, it is you, Dear Leader (and equally dear partner). Well on your way!
we’ll see!
Music suggestion , I’m a 70 year old grandma but I love a bit of dub 😁
😂
12:45 That's funny, the same guys or their colleagues made noise over my village today, too :)
What a great job, well done ❤
Your life is a wonderful adventure !
Great day's work..well done! You certainly deserve that beer.
The garden keeps getting better and better. So glad you have electricity and hot water now. No more cold showers looking forwards to seeing what your going to do inside ❤
Brambles are the worst😢. Some job in that garden 👏👏👏👏👏👏
As a German it is so cute to always hear your boys talk in the background (and understand them) ❤ you have such a cute family ❤
Just an observation, but you were smiling a lot in this video. It made me wonder if you are more happy at that house than the one in Italy. Not that it should mean anything to you either way, but you seem very at home in the garden. Cheers!
I really love both!
Day 3 was a ton of work! Well done 😊
Such fun! Your kids must have loved that mower! (Almost as much as you!?!). Great work.
Great progress, looking forward to tomorrow 🎉🎉🎉
❤❤
That mower was really good it done the job. Just what I need as I am going to my house in France soon and as I not been there for a long time as my husband was ill ans unfortunately not long died has died .My land will be well over grown and lots to do
Well done.❤
I love seeing the progress.
That was a massive days work!!
Great video 👍 Good job you haven't got a large garden in the Italian property because you would be having a ball on the mower.😂😂
Man, I gotta get one of those!
Wow!
Great work!
Good job.
Good luck to you it’s a big task you have at hand but you seem to have a handle on it. Can’t wait to see and hear more
Good job👍
Good job
If I were you, Rafe, I'd be thinking about whether this or the Italian one is the place I want to spend my time on.
As a guy doing this on your own and on a budget, renovating two properties is a MASSIVE undertaking. That's ignoring the fact that both are in countries other than where you live!
Would it not be easier to use the capital from selling one to renovate and then enjoy the other?
Wishing you all the best with whatever you decide.
I understand, but I can’t really make a decision, so the best compromise is to rent france out because it’s too far from Innsbruck
They are both so beautiful, I wouldn't want to make the choice.
Good luck. I hope the amount of work you need to put into the French property to get it to a rentable condition doesn't end up depleting all your time, energy and cash!
Those poor blades…lol
They did very well
❤
♥
👍
What a great garden . Your boys are enjoying themselves 🎉
It’s wonderful, but it really is bigger than necessary 😬
Not on the deck board shown the fine grooves fact down and the face with larger flat surface face up. Some decking boards have fine grooves one side and plain flat surface on the other. Other manufactures have fine grooves on one side and groves with a flattish surface on the other. Both are desnged to have the fine grooves face down. In some cases both sides of the decking boards are flat. They are best a used on decks that are protected from the weather.
Peculiar, as all the builders merchants supply them as rainuré (réversible)

✨🌞✨
Goodness please don't wave your camera about so much 😊
Ok sorry
Any chance giving your music a revamp, have to turn off when it comes on, so annoying been the same for years mate!
Last time I changed the music I got hundreds of complaints! What donyou suggest?
@@NotUselessYet maybe some gentle Italian music, guitar etc, soft classical, lots of choice out there, surprise us, thanks for listening..
@NotUselessYet not sorry about the music, but I happen to like it! Can't please everyone. Thank you 😊
For a moment I thought you were in the Everglades, Florida. You've got some seriously crazy vegetation there. But how much light popped out once you'd eliminated a lot of it. Great space for the boys. 🥅⚽ 🍺⬅ Great for dad!
Audio cuts out at the 9:19 min mark
I know, my fault
