Reina. You are off to a great start on this I don't know how you're going to remember everything she said but it's good that it's online. We can all learn from your experience :-) thank you. You absolutely amazed me how you could put into practice what she told you immediately. You didn't have to think about it it seemed, and you didn't have to figure it out, you just did it it was absolutely amazing
