Yeah! So mine first showed up on my Wiz bulbs that I'll be showing in our unboxing on the 1st of July. That's not even on an Edge Driver at the moment, but others will be showing up as we go.
My Hue bulbs have the Natural Lighting option in the list of scenes when I use the Blue Yeti driver for Hue LAN control. That works to give you circadian lighting options too. :)

All you have to do to get Google speakers to make notifications with SmartThings is make a virtual switch in SmartThings. Then make a household routine in the Google Home app that is triggered by when that virtual switch turns on. I have been doing it for a few months now and it works flawlessly.

It's interesting, by Smartthings becoming simpler, it seems to make you want to search for ways to see the more complex and detailed information. Almost like browsing the YAML in Home Assistant. I just found it interesting that people will say home assistant needs to much tinkering, but the API Browser you featured encourages people to dedicate more time and tinker more :). We've come full circle.
Nice to see SmartThings has now brought in Hue Scenes and Groups, a feature Home Assistant has had for several years. It is definitely good for the end users and the industry in general to see this functionality.

Good video. I had a Gen 1 Smarthings Hub, but using it doubled all the entries in Google Assistant and I never added smart devices that I needed that weren't able to connect to my WiFi network.. I have not incorporated sensors into my setup; just outlets, lights, thermostat, HiFi, and speakers. I started off with Smartthings, But over the last couple of years, I have slowly migrated over to HomeAssistant. I agree and disagree. I agree that ST is much more limiting than many other platforms- especially HA. But I also think it has enough flexibility for the majority of consumers that want to get into the Smart Home market. I don’t think “Super Advance” automations would be utilized by many people, considering the possibilities already available on ST routines - especially if you utilized virtual switches and integration with Google Home or Alexa. You can develop pretty nice advanced automations.
When ST migrated to Edge and stopped Groovy, I was worried bc many of my “Advanced” automations were on Webcore. Turns out ST has stepped up their Routines enough where I was able to replicate 99% of them using ST’s native Routines.

If the window's closed -> Set the Virtual Switch to 0
If the Virtual Switch is 1 -> Wait X minutes -> Set Virtual Switch to 0
