Can you get info on this: I used to be able to copy stories from my Kindle library and paste them in Claude AI. Then ask for a summary. Now Kindle limits the amount you can copy.
When you study design, writing, video editing, or any other creative art, you learn by analyzing and drawing inspiration from the works of others. If it is legal to do that, why should AI be held to a different standard?

People leaving OpenAI doesn't necessarily mean drama, not to say there isn't drama there… It could just be that money talks and they got better offers.
Hey Matt - long time fan from the early days, another great video, thanks! I think that any leader/innovator in a new space, like OpenAI has to almost be the 'sacrificial lamb' where they buckle-up, put on the armour and just lead the charge. But there are so many 'unknown unknowns' in a space like leading a.i. into the modern age - I applaud OpenAI for being that trailblazer, despite any mistakes. Meta/Google/Apple/Microsoft can sit back, watch and learn from the mistakes of an evolving new innovation, but let's not vilify the innovators - there are so many things beyond the visual horizon of an innovative new space that push the boundaries of humanity's experience. I don't 'hope' or 'not hope' that OpenAI succeeds, but just am revenant to the footpaths in the snow that others are following (and yes, I know and recognize that Google published the initial paper, but still). Just thoughts. Keep it up, Matt 🙌
AI Twitter accounts REMIND ME OF THE OLD NFTs Hype. Ai and NFTs are kind of like two hot new toys. Everyone wants them because they're new and exciting. Both things got really popular really fast. But here's the thing: while everyone loves new toys, the fun might not last forever. Once everyone has one, or something even better comes along, the excitement can die down. That's what might happen with AI Twitter accounts. NFTs are a bit different because you actually own something with them, like a piece of art. But both things show us how quickly people can get excited about something new.
1. AI - 1 week later there's something 'better' and potentially more dangerous 2. Humans - 1 _year_ later still stating they're _going_ to make AI safer for all of humanity by proposing vague laws by different people who aren't sure where they want to work We _should_ be losing our jobs! Thanks as always Matt. 👍
You can use a modified type of crispr gene editing, which is basically like radiology and then chemotherapy To combine DNA of desirable organisms. Some organisms, like fungi, interact with their environment, using electric and chemical signals, which is kinda like a computer processing unit... but also with chemical signals being able to be sent by adding alkaloids to the living computer. These alter it's behavior patterns, and doing that, in the presence of conductors, connected to physical objects, like a fax machine, can allow the organism to learn how to manipulate it. So, organic cells, can store exponentially more data that wires and 0s and 1s. So you can grow a quantum ammount of storage that way, with an ability to interact with a given environment, and alter its behavior patterns with things like gamma radiation, and alkaloids like I said. But you still have to manually fill it with data, to be quantized, and teach it how to use a given module, when connected to its habitat. It's a living organism inside an ecosphere. The best way, once its recombinated, and learning, is to integrate it into a camera or scanner, and upload physical data like they did in the 1950s at the pentagon. Then, you can have a display to show a digital representation of its acquired knowledge. At that point, it should become logical what other modules would need to be or would want to be installed. Computers are overly complicated on purpose.
Keep up good work, its my favorite AI news source. Perfect mix of detail, pacing yet still keeping everything snappy. I love your style and positivity!

Can you get info on this: I used to be able to copy stories from my Kindle library and paste them in Claude AI. Then ask for a summary. Now Kindle limits the amount you can copy.
navigating the labyrinth of hype, only to emerge clutching the Walmart version of my dreams.
When you study design, writing, video editing, or any other creative art, you learn by analyzing and drawing inspiration from the works of others. If it is legal to do that, why should AI be held to a different standard?
So where I live I've had AI at the drive thru at Checkers of all places, and it's been there since February at least and probably longer than that.
It's been just as good as the Wendy's version the whole time too.
Google recommends things in aggregate vs just the vertical like Netflix.
I think open ai showed off stuff to soon and wasn’t ready. Wanted to keep interest but backfired now
I think you forget to talk about Hyperhuman. The legend Ai Platform
Thank youuuu for sharing your story with the world 💕 it’s very inspiring to hear your work and it makes me feel like I can do something with this kind of stuff ❤️ thank youuu and thank youuuu
I may be an unusual use case but you're incorrect about the search GPT. I received access July 30th.
could the strawberry account BE the Q* program itself?
AI Twitter accounts REMIND ME OF THE OLD NFTs Hype. Ai and NFTs are kind of like two hot new toys. Everyone wants them because they're new and exciting. Both things got really popular really fast.
But here's the thing: while everyone loves new toys, the fun might not last forever. Once everyone has one, or something even better comes along, the excitement can die down. That's what might happen with AI Twitter accounts.
NFTs are a bit different because you actually own something with them, like a piece of art. But both things show us how quickly people can get excited about something new.
You "to me this is just fun nerd stuff" Me "guns, military contracts, horror"
wow i can smell those strawberries from here!
1. AI - 1 week later there's something 'better' and potentially more dangerous
2. Humans - 1 _year_ later still stating they're _going_ to make AI safer for all of humanity by proposing vague laws by different people who aren't sure where they want to work
We _should_ be losing our jobs!
Thanks as always Matt. 👍
You can use a modified type of crispr gene editing, which is basically like radiology and then chemotherapy
To combine DNA of desirable organisms.
I love your style and positivity!
are there any good AI's that can run locally on an M1 max?
Great video, thank you!
I love your thumbnails how do you build them mid journey?
I think that OpenAI would be better delivering the model they promised months ago, 4o, rather than hinting at more to come. It erodes trust in the brand to present what looks like a great product that most haven’t seen yet
"Don't expect anything" will probably mean there is something big. Usually they over-inflate their promises. I think this is reverse psychology. It's going to be something interesting.
Great video
13:08 and that tool only works chat gpt not llama or claude etc
Happy Tony Gwynn Anniversary Day! 🎉
