@@Bird-Songs I don’t know if there is a difference between types of spinach in this regard but I’m pretty sure spinach can cause birds to have a calcium deficiency if you give them it too regularly

It should be an encouraging thing to play this video to almost all birds when they are lonely. It helps them feel better if they become sad after being alone. However, if your bird becomes super-excited thinking or looking for other birds in the room, it is time for you to consider buying more birds instead of only keeping one.
