Could I use a 18” 1/4” extension? My cars on jacks just wondering if I’ll have enough room between me and the screws to get away with using a 18”. Anyway thanks for the video.
My car is running but it cranks slow or takes a good amount of turns until it starts so I’m assuming it’s my starter ? It’s an 09 Mercedes I’m also having trouble with my back brake light staying on but it hasn’t done so in a couple weeks it usually happens when I turn my car off with my light setting mode on ‘ on . Even tho the car turns of lights when car turns off I always manually have to go on my setting tab and doable lights when I turn off and lights just to be safe . So idk if all that correlated together but yah I love this car man and it runs just hard to figure her out she’s a l stubborn one please help haha thank you
How do you diagnose if the starter is the issue? We charged the battery and tried to jump start, but our vehicle is not even clicking or doing anything (no light, sound, or anything).
The only thing well explained are the tools, other than that everything is "that thing, this thing, and to put wire before putting it up, 2021 and iguess phones dont have flashlight to show location atleast, i hope you can take the "negative comment" and improve from it, u did the most complicated part, using ur flashlight and show pics of the process could be veeeeery usefull to ur follower.

You can give a try but make shore you have something under the car so you drop of the jacks you are safe very easy to do

was the car cranking at all when you were having this problem? how did you know it wasnt the steering lock?
My stop work in full check your fuses and than you can bring the stater to the auto parts they will test before you buy the new one

It’s always easier said than done, why not just show us how to remove, we are no better off than before we watch this video. God bless

I ended up taking it to a shop they diagnosed it for $150. Got the part from Amazon for $80
