Lzzy Hale / Halestorm, Thank you so much for this. My sister annoyed me so much with this song (The Rose) as a young teen. She was murdered in 2005 and I know she would love your style and "Dear Daughter" which she never got to hear. I wish I could hear her sing again, especially these! Halestorm is the band of all bands for females in a long time. Seen them 4 times should of been 5 but I got Ill when I went away to see them. My siblings called me on the phone and let me listen to them. Waiting for them to come back to MICHIGAN to see them again. Seen them with In this Moment last concert. OH MAN.... THEY ROCKED THE HOUSE..
This video needs more thumbs ups!! Incredible recording! I saw this tour in May before all the videos began surfacing of her piano/acoustic performance and it was the highlight of the night.. she did the Adele song but still beautiful.. lzzy is an incredible performer
WOW, I just saw Halestorm live this past Monday and there simply no singer today that can match Lzzy. She did a partial cover of Adele's someone like you followed by Dear Daughter. There wasn't a dry eye in the house and it is the best show I have seen in my 40 years on this earth. Thank you for sharing this.
I've seen them 6 times live and music has been my life and I honestly believe there's not a finer singer, and that is v regardless of genre, she can sing better than Sarah Brightman who as a fan of opera, is the first soprano of all times, but Lzzy is beyond phenomenal and just takes the edge. The only singer who could match her is the late great Freddy Mercury.

And yes to Lzzy being the best! I had the pleasure of meeting her many years ago when they were first starting out! Right here in Sioux Falls, SD! They went on to front for Five Finger Death Punch at the Sturgis Rally that year & ... as they say...the rest is History! She is absolutely the sweetest human, in addition to being so damned talented. This song, Dear Daughter brings tears every time...if only... Peace.

Do have to admit that it's definitely more esthetically pleasing than her just standing in front of a little keyboard. lol
