Andy, you really need to start building your trucks with USB power outlets along with the other 12 volt outlets. They come in handy for the charging phones, tablets and other devices drivers need.
Would love to have a USB in the sleeper near the AC controls and bunk heater, in that general location. Would be super useful, plus some up front would help a lot too.
It’s actually crazy to me that they still put 12v plugs in. There’s not much that runs that connection anymore.
And outlets on the left of the steering column, overhead of the big cubby, group all light switches together on the left of the column near the ignition, and make the privacy curtains longer and go between the sun visors and front windshield.
Get rid of the Magnet closure on the tall curtain between sleeper and cab and instead use a zipper closure like a Pete
Make the mirrors taller plus raise them up and get rid of the CB antenna mount on the mirror. Put them up above the top of the door and forward and bring the coaxial cable out so we can attach it directly to the antenna itself.
If they do that, id hope they put in high powered ones and not those cheap ass 5v/2a plugs

Does it have APU in this new truck ? . KW trucks are great trucks. but this is a lot open if you know what I mean . Not to much. I'm thinking they are trying to cut down on it's weight to have it light truck. That's just my guess and easier to get on to fix anything on it when it breaks down .

Does the inverter have its own dedicated batterys or does it use the trucks batterys? If it does use the truck batterys is it possible to drain the batterys too much and not be able to start the truck or is there some sort of safety for that?
Looks weird with the mirror missing on left side. Would it have been difficult to wash it before you did a video on it?
Plain Jane. I backed a t680 up to a dock last week for a guy that just couldn't do it. Im here to tell anyone that is considering a AMT transmission that it is jerky and you can't precision back with it. No wonder companies have so many claims from drivers hitting parked trucks.
They are improving the system every year.
How old was the truck? If it was pre 2018 before paccar built their 12 speed a kw would have an Eaton fuller amt and I agree with you the eatons don’t have a creep mode and they are very jerky and difficult to back but the Volvo Detroit and paccar amts all have creep mode and are much easier to back
It really depends on the progrmming. I have driven several with the same transmission, but each one had different parameters set and they all shifted and backed differently. The newer models with either paccar or eaton transmmissions are much better than they were 3 or 4 years ago. They all take a little bit to get used to and get programmed the way they need to be though, but it is possible to change parameters to make it better.

which x15 engine outputs are available?
If both are offered, could either the x15 efficiency or performance models be ordered paired with either a 13 or 18 speed manual transmission?
Do we know what the estimated mpg is in the next gen with x15 and manual transmission?
Finally, what’s the ballpark price range on a very similarly specced truck as this with the x15 and either 13 or 18 speed manual?
