The reason why listening to those leaked demos is wrong is that the album was supposed to be released in 2021-2022 but due to this mega leak of content it was rewritten and that caused that the album will take almost 4 years to be released
Yes! Stay away from leaked music, but there are some songs that she posted that’s no in her channel, and leaked songs that were cancelled which are actually okay to listen to. Mel said it herself that she didn’t appreciate leaked songs, but she didn’t mind the ones already leaked. There’s a few iconic leaked songs that are well known in the community that are probably okay to listen to, or even react to. (Piggyback, Bombs on Monday morning, Rocking Horse, Where do babies come from, etc.) they were from her crybaby era, so they’re safe for the most part.

@@ashlenamusic at first listen i didn’t like powder cuz i couldn’t make out what she was saying, but after i knew the lyrics the sound really grew on me (as a lot of ppl think her voice is distorted as that’s how her voice sounds to the person battling the drug addiction in the song) and Milk of the Siren was sadly a leaked song from 2021 that fans have been really hoping she’d release it and she did! IMO Milk of the Siren is one of the best songs she’s ever released! Pluto is also really good, i love the ending so much it’s very unexpected! Loved the reaction so much!!

I think the voice distortion on Powder is meant to reflect how other people sound to people under the influence, so the song is basically Melanie talking to her partner, and that's what she sounds like to them.
In powder, the lyrics start to sound sad and that's when you hear sniffing and the music sounds upbeat again like how one feels after taking stuff Also Melanie said these are in deluxe album because they couldn't think of a music video for these songs
