If someone's 100% disk usage problem is still not solved try to reinstall your windows with a fresh copy of windows because sometimes disk usage increases by malwares present on your os
Genuine OS will not have malware. Disk usage is only because of poor hard disk.

Yes. Windows 7 was awesome. But no windows Defender security system. Not ideal to use in 2021. Ransomeware protection is completely missing as Microsoft stopped support for Windows 7.

That will happen. Change ur download location to SSD. And then after downloading complete u can transfer from SSD to HDD. That's better way of downloading files.

Install one SSD.
4GB RAM Windows 10 is not good. I hope you installed more. Less RAM can cause excessive disk IO. Its cheap replace it.

CPU usage ka hard disk se koi connection nahi hai directly. So koi app hai yaa fir virus hai isiliye usage jada ho raha hai.. Try to find it.

Windows account se login kar lena pahle. Usse Microsoft account pe license save ho jayega. Next time kabhi bhi reinstall kita windows to bas account se login karte hi activate ho jayega

I haven't made it. But hard to find such video. U may go through Microsoft documents. Usually these types of contents are too technical for most audiences and less useful for them.
Also, registry editing is not recommended unless u r a hardcore developer. Better to proceed documentation.

Keep checking. The threshold should be consistent. If u see it's increasing rapidly in few months, then u need SSD

Ur windows might have been updating in background. Now when u removed ethernet, that update is stopped. So disk in not in use.

No nothing bad. When uploading or downloading, disk reading or writing happens. These two events causes disk usage issue. Technically it's not issue it is just behavior. But hard disks get overheated in this process that's issue. Eventually it may corrupt hard disks. Best solution is to reduce number of processes. Or just upgrade to SSD. Uploading to CZcams thing is small action. So, u may keep doing it but upgrade in future

Just keep monitoring. If it stays at 36 most of times, then no issues. If it changes frequently, that's bad state.

No it's not normal. Let me give u one example, u spend 40k rupees for a laptop. Now just because it has no ssd, u r stuck to use it. What is the point of that i5 and i7. So it's like wasting money and still compromising. So in my opinion it's not normal.
Technically it's normal. But when hard disk usage fluctuates like 50%-100% there is big chance of it getting overheated. So u will feel like why laptop is getting heated so much when you are not doing anything. And your hard disk get poor day by day. So the laptop you could have used for 5 years, you will end up replacing it in 2-3 years only. That's a good thing for companies and that's why they keep selling such laptops. They want you to buy more.

Threshold might differ for few reasons. But the ultimate goal is, its should not fluctuate. So if 10 is consistent over months no problem. If it's going 10-100-500 in just weeks, that means poor hard disk health.

Yes. That's because of windows updates checking run in background.
It will always happen. U can install SSD.
Because windows updates we should not deactivate. U can turn off auto updates. But whenever u will do updates manually, disk usage will be like that only.

U have to update only using default method. There is a way that u can download latest windows from Microsoft website and install but ultimately it will also does the same
@@TechZonical It's a very long process bcoz firstly I have to a create a backup of old windows and personal files.whenever I go to download windows update it shows me an error " Something went wrong try to reopen settings later".

Bro. C5 option nahin hai crystaldiskinfo mein. And Reallocated sectors count 50 hai. So mujhe HDD ko upgrade karna Ssd ke saath or 4 GB ram upgrade karni hai? I am using Dell laptop, i3, 4gb ram and 1tb HDD, windows10 OS.mujhe bhi 100disk issue aa raha hai. Rest all options are same as you mentioned in the video for crystalscandisk.
Yaa you should upgrade to SSD. Agar M.2 slot ho to achha rahega. Uske baad you can keep data in HDD. Don't invest first on RAM. Better to first buy SSD. Later u can upgrade RAM. Or if budget is not concern you can buy both at the same time.

Waha customer care waale bewkoof lagte hai mujhe. Same happened with me too before 3 years. Finally maine wo laptop hi return kar diya.
RAM badhane se koi computer fast nahi hoga.. Chahe kuchh bhi karo.. Only SSD can increase speed. RAM jada hone se bas ye hoga ki ek time pe bahut se Apps open kar sakte hai..
Simple common sense. Windows disk pe RUN hoti hai naki RAM pe. Just get SSD first. And migrate OS to SSD. U can check my old video, i have shown how faster my laptop is with SSD.
