      Calisthenics will increase your body strength and flexibility. On the other side weightlifting will enhance the quality and size of your muscles. If you combine them both that will give you strength and flexibility at the same time.

      @@Therealunknown1 maybe. But Frome my experience wrestling would be better to combine. I took karate and I also wrestled.

      Lifting Weights when training combat sports will:
      Make you faster
      Make you stronger
      Improve your cardiovascular endurance
      Make you more explosive

      But you should stick with free weights. Machines have their purpose as well, but they also do some of the work for you, especially when it comes to stabilizing weight. With free weights, there’s no cheating. It’s all you. But since you are training karate you shouldn't be lifting weights every day because sure they increase strength but will also make you bigger and slower lots of professional martial artists lift weights 3 times a week. When it comes to combat sports you have to be fast with your reactions and counter punches. And calisthenics is great for karate they will make you more flexible and give you strength.

    Calisthenics and body building are two completely different sports you can't really compare the two and say that one is better than the others I personally appreciate both physiques it is amazing the body weight exercises they doo but personally I like lifting heavy weights for high reps .with out a doubt body builders have much better legs that complete the physique as a whole

    Wait how about me Im working as construction house building using tradisional method, working for 10hours per day, after go home i start 100 push up 100 sit up dan plank for 200 sec

      Hey, bro first of all congrats on finding time to work out after 10h of working all day. And about your question, it is all depending on your goals and what you want to achieve. If you are somebody who doesn't really care about working out you just want to push yourself a little bit more 100 push up 100 sit dan plank for 200 sec is fine you are still doing something. But if you want to put on a little bit more muscle you will need to make a regimen. Can you tell me a little bit more about your situation like do you want to lose weight, do you want to put on weight things like that so I can give you more of a response.

    If you want to become big and buffed, progressive overload weight training with barbells and dumbbells, combined with pullups and dips, is the most effective approach. All the other bodyweight exercises are basically useless for building bodybuilder-level muscle. The exercises for the lowerbody are a joke.

    I use big ass stones an rocks. Gets me close to nature. An there hard to balance giving added difficulty

    Cali for sure👍👍 I don't like bodybuilders body..it look's fake, unnatural..dk🤷‍♀️ and they look scary to me🙃
