I am not sure but it seems that poor Barron is very withdrawn. Maybe that is only the way he looks in public as I don't have any information as to how he acts in other settings. He was raised virtually as an only child since his siblings were much older and Donald did not seem to interact much with his own siblings meaning Barron did not have cousins around. Did he have friends at school? Did he participate in athletics or clubs to help in his socialization? I don't know.
