I'm sure she was shocked they took such extensive notes. Loved how she looked as the judge read and read and read comments of what she said and did. She wasn't expecting that 🤣
She couldn't even look at the screen
Absolutely. I was waiting for Judge Webster to continue with the notes 'Then you made a drink with Diet Pepsi and JD, then you took out bread, cheese, and butter and proceeded to make a grilled cheese sandwich which you actually burned.' Judge Webster amazes me.
I've worked in a courtroom before and yes, people who work in the legal system are VERY thorough. NOTHING gets by the judges.
She 100% deserved a couple days in jail to think about her actions.
That was my favorite part!! She definitely did not expect to come back at her like that 😂
Thanks for the “Instant Flashback” to her previous hearing. Bet it’s not as easy as you make it look!
nope but well worth it!
@@OSGCourtWatchif I can add on to op, greatly appreciate you always follow up and never leave us hanging. Thank you so much for countless hours of entertainment. Congrats on 100K OSG! Well deserved!

💯
How embarrassing. Not only being called out by the judge for her rude behavior to the court staff, but now the public knows thanks to the Zoom broadcast. 🤣🤣
Imagine if she was your employee. She sure wouldn't be on my payroll after seeing this- even though the court case may have zero to do with her job, she's still an "ambassador" for her workplace, and I'm sure HR's lawyers could find a reason to fire her.
Contempt is not used enough
😂
Dating this girl must be an absolute nightmare. She has 3 kids, probably by 9 different Fathers
The fathers are as much at fault. Takes two to tango.
That is the funniest thing I've heard today lol
Ohhhh Judge Webster was livid! This girl is used to being a snob and super entitled. You can tell she is used to just saying whatever the person wants to hear when they have any authority, but she clearly sees the clerks as beneath her, evidenced by her behavior and words to them.
She was surprised they played that tape. Also the phone call. After all of that she did seem a shamed. Do you or anyone think that by taping and seeing these people that they will be more embarrassed over time. Years ago, no one would know anything about her except close friends or anyone who handled this case. And with CZcams it lives on.
Ohhhh yes!
The defendant was caught in multiple lies and violations and then sh** all over the court and its employees,
and Judge Webster was all BLAH-BLAH-BLAH.
As always
@@andreamcafee9970it would’ve been better if they would’ve played the Actually phone call.
She did not need to drive: she could've ordered formula on Amazon for home delivery.
@LoriKasprzak-yk6nc I don't have kids but I remember an ad that a pharmacy delivers also, she had options.
6:45 notice she perfectly positions the high chair as a ploy for sympathy. Now she’s claiming she violated to get formula. She’s a manipulative little thing and judges see right thru this bs.
Speaking as a Mom, I can’t stomach women who use their children for sympathy and escape accountability.
On another channel, there was a well-off, attractive black woman who appeared while constantly bouncing her baby in her arms. I couldn't believe the judge didn't call her out on it. She couldn't afford a babysitter?
She actually said that when she drove and violated the court’s conditions, her sister was watching her baby while he cried bc he was hungry. She had no other choice but to drive to get formula bc he was starving to death, judge! Talk about blatantly trying to use your kid to get out of trouble. Get a ride, take the bus or an Uber, don’t wait to get more formula until your baby is hungry. That sounded so dumb 🤦🏻♀️ (and maybe stop having kids bc they don’t seem to have a dad(s) in the picture)
Regardless she should be breast feeding. That formula garbage is the worst thing for a baby . It’s poison ! Have u ppl ever looked at the ingredients? A baby NEEDS the mothers colostrum so he or she can develop a good immune system . This lazy female crap is why so many innocent children are sickly and have serious problems their entire lives. If you don’t want your breast “ruined” then don’t have kids. Having a baby will most definitely ruin your body. This is normal. These selfish cows should not be able to breed. And funny how my mom and no women I’ve ever met in my life ever had this made up “post pardum depression “. That’s just more lies made up by mentally ill women who should NOT be breeding. I’m so disgusted by females who think they can get away with this despicable excuse. Most women should NOT be breeding.
For real! I've worked 3 jobs at one point, I don't get child support for either of my exes (yes I have 2 kids 4 years apart with 2 dads. One I had at 18, the other was by my husband now ex husband.) and neither one show for visits so it was on me. I was abused, I still struggle with PTSD, I recently had a stay in a mental hospital due to a suicide threat and I STILL don't treat people like shit! It's no one's fault but mine that I married a terrible person. It's MY fault I didn't do more to protect myself from pregnancy. I was on birth control but abortions were legal then and I made the choice to have these children. So if I put myself in a situation where the courts have to be involved in my life, you bet your butt I'm going to follow the orders and do whatever I HAVE to do and arrange my life in a way that will keep me free with my children as I am who they have. I don't care what attitude I think the courts have or however right I think I am..... they control my life for now so shut up, sit down, follow the rules, and do NOT be a disrespectful know it all!
@@katherineduke3232 you’re doing and have done an amazing job! Many ppl would falter under that much responsibility so God bless you and I hope life is easier for you now ❤️
She should have put her in jail for cussing everybody out and not following the rules. This is why people act out, there is not enough consequences.
She should have went to jail after she was picked up driving without the interlocken device.
SO using her first amendment rights should get someone put in jail? That starts a slippery slope into concentration camps being made. Scary that so many of your generation are ok with that.
Yeah boo hoo too much. Either they’re overly aggressive or overly emotional. Only two settings but never any responsibility.
She was shocked when her nasty rant at the clerk of courts came back to haunt her. I knew the judge seemed more annoyed than normal...she was waiting for the right moment to spring it on her.
Got to love how "I was having mental problems" is the go to excuse for behaving like an entitled little s#%t.
Formula, my son, PPD, therapist, my kids. She’s full of . . . buzzwords.
Postpartum depression.. another buzzword 🙄
She was full of alcohol...i hope cps is watching.
I wish we could read this letter. I’m dying to know if she did use the word “condolences” in an apology. Not a consolation for their hurt feelings. 🤦♀️
Would that be for their suffering for having what she clearly sees as crappy jobs?
Pro Tip: The whole “I’m sorry you feel that way” is a nonapology. 😉
She could have sent her sister to get the store instead of having her sister watch the children.
She also talks WAY too much. Just answer the questions with a simple yes, no, or keep it to one short sentence. She’s over here giving paragraphs of exposition 😂
She had a grin when she realized she wasn't getting jail time. Disgusting.
I bet you would grin too if you were not going to go to jail. Why do you people love watching others be put in cages? Are you a nazi or something?
to be fair, if i found out i wasn't getting jail time, ode to joy would spontaneously start blasting from my ears. nobody wants to go to jail. (especially people who know they probably should be in jail.)
We all know how thorough Judge Webster is about explaining everything. She goes into much more detail than any other Judge I have ever seen. That’s why we love her!
Postpartum depression is not an excuse for treating people like that! I struggled with it and depression over the years, and I've never spoken to anyone like that! Having people use their mental illness as an excuse for their entitled behavior is maddening! She's just mad she got caught, and she's mad she has to face the consequences of her actions!
It was a reach. If she has to have an interlock on her car, girlfriend has an alcohol problem. I quit drinking because I realized it brought the absolute worst out of me, and I had little memory of my disgusting behavior.
I said the same thing.... I was quiet, sad and the last thing I would do is be hateful. She was more than likely drunk.
And she was likely drunk and/or on drugs! She probably hung up the phone and celebrated her manipulative behavior with a drink!
I would check everything she alleged. Is she in therapy? Is she being treated for postpartum depression? Was medication prescribed, and what was it?
Postpartum depression is real. And so is clinical depression. Neither gives a person the right to treat people like trash.

Don't break the law!! 😂
She just walked out on a $100 tab at a restaurant today 🤦🏼♂️
Not surprising. She seems like a disgusting vile person
Taryn really knows her way around the system. With three children, it's past time for her to get her life together and stop with the criminal activities.
Sad to say, but it's unlikely she's learned anything that will overcome her addictions. She'll be back in court.
I'm surprised there was no mention of treatment. Without treatment, she'll be back
I always get tripped by "I've never missed a court date". That's not a flex, since you had court to begin with.
those poor children
Spay and neuter
The more she tries to justify her actions, the more I despise her.
I did too. She will mess up because she's a big mouth
And so much smarter than everyone else! 😂

Totally. It's so gross she's using her post partum as an excuse for how awful she is to people trying to assist her. What an awful person.
Ohhhh. I love how she tried to change the subject about fingerprints and Judge Webster was not having it! Love ittttt!
She wants to send the Court "condolences" for having to deal with her.
That broke my brain. She's trying to impress the judge by using words she doesn't even understand herself!
And is accusing other people of being uneducated!
"I have never missed a court date in my life." That says a lot, since over 95% of people have never even had a court date.
I’ve had one to get my license when I was 16. Any others have been as character witness where u was subpoenaed.
RIGHT?!! 🤣
@@mmmangel1985I'm not familiar with going to court to get a licence, here we go to a registry (what Americans call a DMV)
😂 such an underrated comment. Perfectly said! Other than my ONE divorce, I've never had to appear in court for anything.
And to the person who commented that you've only been to court because you were subpoenaed as a character witness, I really hope that's because you have some sort of job where that commonly happens. Otherwise.....you need to be more discerning of who you associate with 🤷♀️😂
@@charanth182 You do not go to court to obtain a driver license, though the licensing office may be located in the same county building. I suspect "mmmangel1985" is just a youngster unfamiliar with the terminology.
She is so smug and superior and thinks she is above everyone else
She basically got away with a slap on the wrist for all the crap she did so that's why she thinks she's above everyone else. It's ridiculous 😒
Serious Scamber Turd vibes from this piece of work
Agreed but not going to stop drinking. She'll violate again and end up here with more insincere apologies and lameass excuses 🤡
Hopefully she's be sent to jail when that happens. And it will happen, and I'm hear for it 😂
To be fair, people who are humble and cooperative aren't going to provide lawtube content, and for that matter tend not to be the folks who even land in criminal court to begin with.
But even by standards that take that into account ... yeah, she's an elite performer. If she's single, I know someone who totally deserves her. 😈
She needs some serious consequences
Her tears aren’t out of being disgusted by her actions, they’re an, “oh crap! Someone called me out on my bs, bratty, entitled behavior!”
I love you OldSquishy, you are the ONLY one that doesn't ruin the video by talking all over it or playing stupid music throughout. Thank you so so so much.
Or laughing through the whole trial❤
So she’s really blaming her disgusting mouth and disrespectful treatment of people on PPD/PPA? I suffered debilitating PPD/PPA and I never once took it out on people around me. That is who she is as a person at her core. She’s not sorry and her flippant attitude on display here proves the point.
Her extreme embarrassment when called out on it is also proof.
Can you imagine being married to this person. Coming home from a hard day of work and listening to that mouth?
I don't care if you're an attorney, a paralegal, or a litigant: you treat clerks with the utmost respect. They can be your favorite people or your demise, but how that works out is dependent on you.
I love the clerks we work with.
Judge Webster and staff evidently are meticulous and keep excellent notes. They appear to have their act together. This defendant I am sure wished she could crawl off the zoom screen. 🙄 Congrats Sir Squishy on reaching 100k!! 🎊🎉
That manipulative little witch deserved much more of a punishment than that.
Don’t worry. We’ll be seeing her in court again in the near future.
She'll be on a short leash for awhile and likely will mess up again.
She wished the 'condolences'? .....and "they can proceed however they thin...".
..I don't think anyone was asking her permission to proceed...
If not called out on it, she would never have thought of apologizing...for how she treated anyone..at anytime...
She's a POS
She's been going through a lot.....just ask her..
Making her give the letter to the Probation Officer accomplishes two things. It means they can vet it for insults (passive-aggressive or otherwise), and it closes off the whole “Oh I definitely posted it and it totally must have been lost” avenue before she even thinks of it.
She was lucky.
“Condolences and empathy” do not belong in an apology, much less as a substitution for multiple apologies. She’s nothing but excuses and complaints: it was a formula emergency, i didn’t know I needed to be booked and fingerprinted (lie), I had postpartum depression, I didn’t know my registration was expired, getting arrested really inconvenienced my workday and childcare…
I believe she was drunk when she called the clerk’s office.
This is all so unfair! She is telegraphing that attitude to the Judge every time she opens her mouth.
The number of people who self diagnose themselves with PTSD, post partum depression, etc trying to justify their horrible actions drive me crazy. This woman absolutely disgusts me.
You can add "I've been getting death threats" to that list. As soon as they get called out on their actions it seems to be the first card that's pulled
@robertmarks2379 is that the newest thing? Death threats?
@@mrsangelafisher for example the new snow white got called out for her attitude. So the "I'm getting death threats" card gets pulled to take back the victim card it's in every apology video and any video of people getting called out
Allegedley, she's getting treated by a doctor. But we only have her word on that, which is worth... oh, about tree fiddy.
Agree! PTSD is serious but people throw around the term like it's no big deal. I would guess far fewer people suffer from true PTSD than those who claim it.
Gotta love it when they use "I'm a single mother" like it's a reasonable excuse to explain why they can't adhere to court orders
Right!! I am a single mother and that makes me even more aware and listen even better because I don't want to do anything that may make my child miss something or me miss something of my child's. And this could result in jail time and missing her child's life, so I would have definitely been making sure I paid attention to everything and took plenty of notes.
That’s the lousiest apology I’ve ever heard. I can still hear my mom telling when a 9 year old to try apologizing again but this time meaning it. She appears to be an alcoholic or almost one. And she’s got kids, and at the time a 7 month old.
Did u see her attorneys face when the judge said that Ms Baker was calling the clerk's office and complaining about her public defender? He looked none too happy lol.
And in the end when attorneys usually attempt to mitigate any negative information said against their client (to the judge) he did not say one word. 😂😂 I don't blame him. What a snooty entitled brat.
I love the way she offered "condolences", wth. died 😂? I love how the judge laid it all out and sentenced her SLAM BAM!
Thank you OSG!
I guarantee that she speaks to everyone she considers to be in a service industry position 'beneath' her that way. Bet there's restaurant employees out there that could tell some stories.
Judge Webster was waaaaaaaay too lenient. Shame on this defendant for using her kids as pawns.
I disagree. Better to give her a chance, with a very clear sentence already proclaimed, without putting three kids in the foster system.
@Wheeler63 So punish children and potentially literally ruin their lives because their mom is a moron
@Wheeler63 eh, I don’t know about a year straight, but 6 months of weekends ought to give her a better perspective on life while keeping her kids out of foster care.
If that had been someone without children they would have gone to jail.
Always is
you give condolences when someone dies. It's in no way an apology.
I love Judge Webster. She's calling her out on all her sh*t with facts.
She couldn't even get her apology out without almost choking. Lmao
So unfair. There was a guy in court who was caught driving his wife's car that did not have an intockalock and was taken at court to spend three days in jail. Later, he said what he did was stupid, and he got what he deserved. This woman got nothing. Wow!
Agree, herass should have went to slammer. Treat all these tools the same!!
FYI * interlock system
@@bethewalt7385 Maybe they meant Intoxalock brand of interlock. The Intockalock by TickTockLock is an interlock device for wall clocks, a failed product.
SO what? Jails and prisons are only so the government can inflict punishment on those they feel are less than human and make money off of them. The way you people cheer for government corruption is scary.
I always prefer to wait until the formula is gone and then get drunk and head out on the road
Definitely the smart way to go!
I give her about a month before she breaks her probation conditions. This woman has got some bad attitude.
You can tell she has always been able to talk her way out of trouble after being a complete monster. She didnt think they would have any proof and could just say something meger happened. When that didnt work it hecame "mental health made me act like a lying jerk."
She learned a valuable lesson- no matter how cute you think you are, you ain't really that cute.
"I am a narcissist and a sociopath" would cover it all pretty nicely.
I’m a court clerk and I GURANTEE If I was the one handling that call I would have put her on speaker phone and waived all the homies over for the show and to have witnesses 😂
me too! I can just imagine!
I've done that with an abusive ward whose file I was managing. Two purposes:
-I had witnesses to the conversation to combat the inevitable complaint to my boss.
-I had witnesses to the abusive threats made by the ward.
That instance worked out great, because the ward actually made a credible threat against me and my children. And when my employer wouldn't allow me to make a report or remove me from the file, I quit and won an unemployment battle.
Sounds like she was raging drunk on the call.
I love how she hides her face as the judge reads her notes about all her vitriol. I think I did the same thing when I was five years old and got caught in a lie! It's a great tell that you are ashamed of your behavior. She needs to grow up.
I think we all need to recognize Darren Patterson and the Public Defender office staff for a moment here too. If she went off on the court clerks like that about him, you can guarantee she went off on the public defender's office staff too.
I've seen how often he's assigned as the PD. He most definitely has a heavy caseload and Miss Thing needed to wait her turn. He obviously met with her in time before the hearing. Unfortunately, the ethics of being her lawyer prevented him from being able to discuss any of that. Dollars to donuts they don't get an apology.
As a court clerk of 17 years, I've heard it ALL- EXCEPT that I should have "been an ab0rtion." WOW. I'm so glad Judge Webster put her in her place. NEVER disrespect clerks like that- we can make things very unpleasant for you!
i can only imagine!
I've never had any issue with the law, so I've never needed your services, but thank you for doing what you do.
That one shocked me!!! 😲
It's been my experience as a citizen and as a former cop, clerks are about the only helpful people in the whlle damn courthouse!!
literal wtf jaw drop when i heard that😲
She's got an excuse for everything. Nothing is her fault. Great job, parents.
As a former P.O.,I had Judges, that fell for this kind of B.S.,and several that would throw you in for contempt for anything, depending on their mood. But 1 Judge, well he was a marine, and a retired 3 star General.
You did NOT eff around with him. Attorneys would always try to get change of Judge when in his county.
He had a list of framed rules outside his courtroom. God help you if you didn't read and abide by them.
I loved that guy.
RIP Judge Combs
Edit: Had a court clerk that was known for his temper. He would've tore her a new one.
As a receptionist, hearing someone's rude phone demeanor come back to bite them in the ass is so validating.
Drunks do tend to be abusive, so until she proves she's sober, someone else should have custody of her kids.
She is a professional gaslighter.
And her attorney knows it! He tried getting her to simply answer yes or no because he knows her mouth!
Oh Lort! Eff with the judge, but NEVER eff with the judge's staff! My mother was a court coordinator for over 20 years. Even the newbie lawyers knew never to do that.
@JohnKing In my career of working for a very busy criminal defense/family law attorney, I made sure that I got to know all the court personnel and treated them with respect. Same especially, for judicial assistants and staff. Just on court scheduling issues alone, being on friendly and professional terms with judicial staff, paid off immensely!
@Wheeler63Don’t worry, she has that year of jail coming up after her probation violation.
Thank you so much for adding in the previous clip! I knew she was lying but to see how she was twisting the truth of the conversation was just so bold, rude and gaslighty… nasty nasty lady
“Deep condolences “ 😂😂😂😂😂
Attorney Patterson to save the day even AFTER she wanted to get rid of him. 😮
htought that was hilarious...
Former court clerk for 10 years and I gotta say, Judges always take up for staff. Also, yes, we also typed in the exact words being used.
I’ve been scared and went through a lot but have never ever spoken to someone like that! There’s no excuse for that behavior!
Everyone is going through a lot. A reason is not an excuse. And I get so tired of people trying to sound smarter but using big words incorrectly. “ Deep condolences?” “Very recently after that?” How about a “oh my god, I am so very sorry for being like that on the phone. It was so wrong, and certainly did not deserve me treating them so horribly. I am so very sorry.”
"I recently got put on medication for this" The only medicine this broad needs is the word NO. Clearly never been told NO in her life.
And she's gonna mix that medication with alcohol cause she has a drinking problem
Kinda impressive to be able to come up with 45 second long answer to ”does your license require an ignition interlock device?”.
It’s been my observation that postpartum depression is just that. More likely to want to harm themselves not everyone around them.
This woman is a real piece of work.
After watching Mr. Patterson get assigned to so many defendants over a long period, it's just occurred to me that I've rarely seen him actually representing one. Suddenly this week, he's made a bunch of appearances. Nice to finally see him at work!
Also, congrats on the subscriber milestone, OSG! You've definitely earned it! 💪🍍

@@OSGCourtWatch SOMEDAY (soon, I hope) the court will be able to splice former hearings into the current one! It would have been a "popcorn moment" here if the judge could say "run the footage" and they all watch it together! HA HA...
I CAN NOT stand when people use their children as a excuse of convenience and she did so about 182 times. Post partum depression…that’s BS. I bet she is like this all the time and is using this Post Partum depression as an excuse. I had it, anger is not what happens it’s sadness. She isn’t sorry not all at.
I just made this exact comment. I had debilitating PPD and I never once behaved like her. I didn’t t have the mental fortitude to do it because of the PPD..,,she’s just a nasty person.
I agree
We've all met this woman. She thinks she is vastly prettier and smarter than she is, and she is beyond outraged that this old woman with unstylish glasses is sitting in judgment of her. Also, she's not letting the kid's father see the kid . . . guaranteed.
I cannot stand these women who use their children as an excuse for their bad behavior.
Did anyone hear some sincere accountability from this woman? I think I missed it. 😡
Terrified of her raising children. All she had to do was play stupid and overwhelming. If she was meek and pretended that she forgot or didn't understand, she wouldn't have been in trouble. Her personality disorder is why she's in trouble.
She has a lot of nerve calling other people stupid 😂

She's only sorry because she got caught
Wouldn't it be friggin' great if they had recorded those calls and been able to play them back in open court omg !
I love that they keep notes of everything, if for no other reason than moments exactly like this 😂 I have to talk to the public from time to time and they can really be nasty, especially over the phone. I wish my boss could read off exactly what they said and question them about it 🤣
People forget their customer service calls are recorded- and chances are great the person you are talking to is documenting everything you say to them. The real irony is- this defendant is calling people out of their name who are in a job SHE CAN'T EVEN APPLY FOR because she's been convicted of a DUI.
Shes lying. Yup. Shes always got an excuse. She must have been really out of line on those phone calls. Thank you for posting that previous hearing!
Put her behind bars for a few weeks. Maybe then she can have some time being spoken to in the manner in which she speaks to others, and treated the way she deserves. With a swift kick to the box and a timeout. 😊
That was the MOST insincere apology I have ever heard!!
And she basically got let off...
You are soooo right!
Well, at least the court clerks received her condolences.
I love it when she got caught in her lies. She apologizes because she got caught. How disrespectful calling the lawyer by his first name. She is a fast talker
A manipulator
Great clip, especially the flashback. Glad Judge Webster read the notes and talked openly to her about “ not having it anymore”. Totally uncalled for offense and actions, especially with the Court staff. Subscribed and always look forward to your clips. Thank you for all you do in bringing these courtroom “gems” for us to enjoy.

She's lying when she says she doesn't remember saying all those disgusting things~
Since she was likely drunk, she did not remember. Blackout drunk.
Really like it that the judge called her on her smart ass lying and attitude. She mistreats the clerks and other staff because she thinks they're beneath her.
