MUGEN: Update for Mario released!

Hey everyone! I would like to thank people for the overwhelmingly positive reception I got from Mario's initial release, I worked quite hard on him so it was nice to see it really pay off in the end. With that in mind, I still felt like there was some room for improvement in some areas, so I decided to polish him up a bit more. A huge bulk of the changes related to visual effects, but I also improved his AI a bit more so it should be a little more consistent than before. As for Luigi, I plan to give him a more significant update soon-ish, so stay tuned for him.

Hope his AI improves a bit, he was still brutal like the Original ShinRyoga Mario even on Easy 1.

I like the sound of Luigi gettin' an update, if there's any suggestions I can give now, I'd say to make his icon more consistent with Mario's and consider if XPGlitz's more unique Luigi sprites in his server could go in that update, I'd still be fine with a stretched version of Mario's, but it's just a suggestion.
