I'm glad I'm not the only one who was emotionally moved. I'm known for having ice water in my veins, but I also have my fair share of regrets about not having my own family. So it makes me happy to see this family.
Pastor Tim, when you said that you couldn't fathom how a dad could run away from being a dad and teaching his kids things, and you said that you were about to cry, WELL, that made me cry! If every parent felt that way, imagine what a beautiful world this would be. Wonderful seeing the boys so happy with just simple things. They are so blessed. Awesome video!!!
I feel the same as your comment. It was so beautiful! I couldn't help but cry. Our boys are all grown up now and living their lives, but they have memories of going on fishing trips with dad. It's really emotional for me as we lost our youngest son suddenly at 42 years in 2020. He was on a fishing trip. How odd is that?These memories, Bro. Tim is having with his sons will be treasures for a lifetime!

I love this! I hope your boys always remember how blessed they are. So many kids will never know the joy of a simple life. This reminds me of my childhood in Mississippi. One of our elderly neighbors next door didn't have kids. We called her Aunt Minnie and she pretty much "adopted" me, my 2 sisters, and my brother as her own after her husband, Uncle John, passed away. She took us everywhere with her: fishing, to buy groceries, to the laundromat, to visit her sister. We always walked because she didn't drive, and she'd come get at least one of us to spend the night with her every week. My older sister ended up moving in with her. She always had snacks for us. When we got on her nerves, she'd send us home, and then come right over and ask why we weren't at her home playing. 🤣 She was born in 1898 and passed away in 1980 when l was 18 years old.

This was definitely a ‘Tissue’ episode cuz I cried like a baby ❤️ You all working together as a family and truly enjoying one another warms my heart so much! As a preschool teacher, I see so much division in families and custody issues. It really stresses out the children when parents are at odds with one another. Tim is hilarious 😂 asking Meagan to marry him. He is such a good father to his sons. If men would fulfill their roles in the household, our young men would feel loved, cared for and not turning to a life of crime,etc. I have the utmost respect for a man who loves his family. THIS RIGHT HERE IS WHAT IT'S ALL ABOUT!!!! I LOVE THIS EPISODE!!!! When I say that you must pray about the one you marry because most men don't spend that quality time with their children. My daughter's father left out of her life while she was young and when he comes around every blue moon, she doesn't know what to say to him because she felt as if he abandoned us and she don't know him. This episode gives me hope!!!
I saw others commenting that this video brought them to tears. I am also feeling teary. My mom and dad had six of us. My dad passed three years ago. It has been years since all my siblings have spoken to each other . Lot of blame and misunderstanding. My granddaughter/daughter ask me why I smile so hard watching your video it because it reminds me my family when we were young . I don’t know where it went wrong. Please pray for us. Noah, pulls at my heart, his speech reminds me of myself. I sounded just like him when I was a child, until the age of eight. The enemy thought he was stealing my voice, but God was building my testimony. I am now a published author and life coach. It is truly amazing what God can do in his timing. 🙌🙌

My daddy loved to go fishing its been 12 years since he has passed away& his famous words were "IF THE FISH IS BIG ENOUGH TO BITE YOUR BAIT THEIR BIG ENOUGH TO EAT" that right there is a lesson that I will always remember from him . I do miss him I miss going fishing with him when I was little & I miss my husband & son going fishing with him . Now my son has a 3 year old little boy & a 3 month baby girl & I hope that he takes them fishing just like his granddaddy took him. GOOD JOB BOYS LOVE SEEING YOU MAKING MEMORIES WITH THEM. Because one day they are gonna have a family of their own & they will make memories with their families.

My father, a Philadelphia native taught me and my sister fishing when we were little. Imagine my surprise when I found out my mother, a Georgia farm girl, taught him. My mother moved to Philly with her family as a child but never lost her farm life. Fishing, farming, gardening, etc. She taught us alot.

I'm an avid fisherman, but I rarely see families with their children out fishing together when fishing many of my fishing spots. We need more of this, because I remember our family fishing trips since I was (at least) 5 or 6 years old. Every trip was an afternoon arrival, where mom and dad would catch their daily limit, and us kids catch what we could. We would stay until the next afternoon to allow us to double our harvest to maximize the trip, as we had leave the city and drive one to two hours away. Our trips were like a picnics and fishing trips in one. This beautiful to see, and it brings back those memories.

Tim you are a good daddy. There were a lot of memories made and they will never forget it.
They are in vocational homeschool, learning about the fish anatomy as they clean the fish, learning to be patient while waiting, learning math skills (Tim saying we may have 15 crickets 🦗 left too cute) and learning about plants that grow on the water and etc!!!! Hands on learning, where kids can be kids! Love it!!!!!❤
