I like how James is kinda ignoring the fact that when Indominus ambushed the ACU staff, it was camouflaged green to blend in and then when it attacks them it shifts from green to its normal coloration. So that's probably the reason why this Indominus glows green.
Yeah idk why he doesn't realized that and also he didn't even said what it is because on he dinosaur collection live streaming he read have you seen the Camoflouge N Battle Indominus Rex in the UK Smyths for 49.99 but in Japan it says that it's in a different language I would love to go to Japan

The figure glowing could be a reference to the cuttlefish DNA that gave the Indominus Rex the ability to change colors.
The toy back in britian is called the Camouflage and Chomp Indominus Rex (I think)

I honestly think the green lights are meant to represent it camouflaging especially because the light looks like scales.
Beaver the reason it glows green is to represent camouflage and Mattel did discuss it when it was announced.
Yeah and he said he doesn't like pastel colors even though the Indominus Rex has Always ben a light gray or dark gray

James James James, poor confused, Best Dino channel owning CZcamsr James, The reason that the Indominus rex has green lighting up all over its body, is to mimic the green camouflage it does in the movie, but more like a cuttle fish with the patterning they made it with.
The indominus glows green because its a reference to when the ACU team was ambushed by the indominus rex when it was camouflaged in the trees

The glowing is to mimic the scene where he unveiled from the jungle and the man screamed it active camo. It was in the video released by Mattel on the 3rd Wednesday of every month.
Maybe it glows to reference the cloak ability it had but still don’t know why the past ones were red
I looked the official product up and it’s meant for camouflage. I honestly thought it would have been better for red to simulate damage but camouflage is still a very cool concept

-> I think the Indominus is definitely the better toy but I prefer the tyrannosaurus Rex, I love the sculpt and paint job. The sculpt feels different compared to the rest without that turtle neck. And the darker eye shadow gives it a more Jurassic world dominion Rexy vibes and yes there’s a big difference between the Jw/FK and Jwd Rexy model.
