❌Myth 2: Turning to a vegetarian diet can prevent the formation of gallstones.
✅Fact 2: Vegetarians are just as much likely to develop gallbladder stones as nonvegetarians. Adding more fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet is always a good idea, but it cannot prevent or cure gallstones.
