Our schedule may vary, but expect a new video 3 days a week at 11AM Central!
How Farms Work by Ryan Kuster is a CZcams channel based in rural Potosi, Wisconsin.
Our mission is to teach those who didn't grow up on a farm what the farming life is like.
These videos show the Kuster family working together raising cattle and crops. We believe everyone who wants to know more about farming should be able to share the farming experience with us and we look to educate the world on many essential agriculture topics.
How Farms Work takes place on ~1,100 acres with around 75-200 cattle at any given time. Four John Deere tractors are currently used on the farm, which are a 4020, 4640, 7600, and 8235R.

Does Andrew just work for you guys or does he take care of a lot of farmers? If he is just working for you guys that’s awesome that he helps you guys that much. It’s nice to see a bunch of green on your yield monitor. I hope that the rest of the corn and the beans do the same as what you just ran. I’m glad it’s harvest time, I enjoy the videos from this time of year. Take care and be safe out there.

Thanks for sharing how you do it. Nice seeing the smaller equipment getting it done. Gravity wagon, six row head, good size cart. Keep up the good work.

Having worked the family farm in Pulaski, Wi, as a kid till my teens I just got to see the work side of things. Just did what we were told not the why. It's great to watch your videos to see the why. I think some of your videos, along with a couple others should be used in schools so kids get to not just the how but the why. Thank you for the great videos. Thanks for taking my back to my youth.
