The crazy part is a lot Americans into techno never get to experience a true techno party like this because it’s very rare to find events or clubs that play this type of music and have the same atmosphere. I’m lucky I’ve been able to go to some clubs in nyc that play this type of music.
Based on my experience, and research I find it hard to believe that one might be able to experience this Techno any time but within the last 3-5 years. I was at 1015 Folsom in San Francisco, California in1998 and enjoyed a set by Plasticman. These Russian sets make that set sound like a lullaby. I was in New York for the whole 1999, well informed about the "Rave" scene and nothing remotely close to this Russian Techno was offered.
Pure techno. Amazing live set. If you guys like this type of techno I highly suggest you to listen ''Inquisitor (live) @ Monasterio 10 years'' on CZcams. Thank me later.
@@TripleKmafia Anything before X-101 by UR is not Techno, it's Break-Dancing Music. X-101 starts indeed to "sound" like Techno, but by that time, there were plenty of tracks in that style in Northern Europe, for example: Technotronic's The Pro 24s is from 1989. X-101 was out in 1991. I was not as passionate about music in the late 80s and very early 90s but I do remember when I started hearing Break-Dancing Music, and then Techno. Contemporary Techno did not evolve from (Detroit) Break-Dancing Music. Florida/Miami/Booty Bass did. I question the "originality" of X-101, and later (and, yes, proper Modern/Contemporary Techno), of Waveform Transmissions Volume 1. Mr. Mills was/had been in Europe, and released it thru Tresor Records. I think that he was exposed to the early--but already fully formed--Techno of the Northern European Clubs and pre-Rave era parties of that time and made a record in that style. There was a reason he left Detroit, and played extensively in Europe. Nobody gave a rat's ass about Break-Dancing Music and then Techno made by Detroit producers/musicians who all of a sudden saw they could cash on their American/Detroit Cache. Techno comes from Germany, not Detroit.
@@Spbpassion bounce, a couple hardstyle djs, but usually that is after dubstep. I don’t mind showing up later to see what I want, but it is hard to find events which are not needing to have plans for what to do while the music which is not enjoyable to listen to finishes. It is getting better, but it is hard to justify spending money for a show, when half or more of it, I would not want to listen to. Or if the event will cost me $60 to get home by taxi, that amount would be a waste if I am having to kill time at an event. I guess the shorter version would be. I value my time greatly, and wasting it because I spent money to be somewhere I do not enjoy, does not make it justifiable to see some shows. I will be playing this and others like it, when I am spinning.

The only music that makes sense of the world we live in.
I’ve been saying it’s a new techno genre called Alarm.
Spot on
