Man this gives me so much motivation to become the best trainer I can be for my dog and future dogs for my program. This video gets me so hyped up and i immediately start working with my dog right after. People think I’m crazy when they see the time I put in with my dog but they don’t understand the passion I have with training my boy. Seeing these videos really inspire a new guy like me that just wants to learn from the best to one day become one of the best. This will never be a hobby to me this is a lifestyle. Every day I’m up at 5:30 am getting work in with my dog and exercising him before I go to work and when I get home we train some more. You gotta love and be obsessed with training to really achieve this level of greatness. Much respect from me. Keep up the fantastic work.

Yesterday, I said I would never do "Competition" with my well bred GSD, because it's simply out of my league. I've been watching & implementing things Ive learned from Haz, Michael Ellis & Tyler Muto for a month and a half. TODAY, I got perfect "pet" heel & distance commands off leash, and overall behavior complete 180 turn around...and yeah, we'll never look like Haz & Gage, but now considering joining a GSD Club and taking my guy as far as MY limits as I continue to learn can go. Wound up doing an impromptu demo for my Dad, who's been scared of my dog, and I'd only doing these things on 30 foot training line---my Dad said, "but can he do that off leash?" I didn't let on that I hadn't tried outside a fenced area, and frankly, the distance commands were 100% FIRST TIME TODAY--and he NAILED IT.
Watching Haz helped us SO MUCH. Haz is SO GOOD at explaining things to humans in an understandable way, AND training dogs. He is straight up---the BEST🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

You are such an AMAZING trainer! You really explain things so so well! I posted your video on ‘how dogs learn’ and it had over 400 views & many many people said you’re awesome so I hope it brought more people to your channel! I run a kennel for police/sport/protection dogs (Mainly GSD but we also have a few labs for detection work)I am in the process of learning how to do protection work. It’s so intense, fast paced but you have to really be on your -A- game because if not someone (or the dog) could get seriously injured. My boss wants me to work his dog to get his BH & then get him ready for IPO1. Or he suggested I work 1 of his dogs for IPO2 so I could get a feel for everything & he said he thinks I’m ready for it & that I’ve caught on quickly. I’m not going to pretend that I’m not nervous though! He was saying he thinks I should wait to get my own dog until after I’ve done the BH & at least 1 trial just so I can see how much work it’ll take even with a dog that has strong obedience but that it’ll take even MORE work starting from scratch with a puppy & I don’t need to rush into it. I have only been working dogs for a few months (I have trained pet dogs for the last 5 years, worked in shelters/fostered etc) I know you get a TON of comments & you’re super busy but I’d really like to hear your thoughts on that.

It is like martial arts, some techniques look very nice but only work in the dojo and others are less brilliant but functional. I have a couple of questions like distinguishing an aggressive dog by dominance and who does it out of fear? and if the protection of resources is linked to the dominant aspect or closer to fear or nether . I have a neighbor with 8 dogs, they always bark at me behind the fence and they look very aggressive, people passed by outside their house and said "oh they are goods guards dogs" but I found out that a few days ago a thief entered their home and they did absolutely nothing. Thanks for reading the message

Yep. If you want to protect your property, get a security alarm!!!
Unless you want serious protection, then you need a very highly trained dog that will cost you well north of $20,000

Are you high??? Get out with that "Show Line", lol---that's 100% TOP WORKING LINE. Just kidding--but Haz doesn't mess around, a perfectly bred, HIGH DRIVE working line dog is what you need for high level Protection, IPO, Military, Police work....by the way, Shield K9 also breeds some incredible dogs, if you're looking 😉
