This is probably the coolest video I’ve ever done, because we used actual home video footage from when I was 5 years old. As many of you know, my Dad passed away in 2015, so having old footage of him is priceless, and I finally get to incorporate him into one of the music videos. He would be so proud! The locations we filmed at include the old house I grew up at (both in the old home video footage, and we went back and filmed new footage there, for this video!) and my old high school. I hope you enjoy this video, and I hope it helps you reminisce and think about when life was much simpler. Love yall!

i cant name anybody who has made more of an impact on the country rap scene than jawga boys, the lacs, and all the other og groups. hearing a new song had me reminiscing on the day when we would go riding every weekend having the time of our lives, but here in the last 5 or so years everyone has gotten older, started families, and so much more. cant wait for the comeback in 2024, wishing the best your way.

Hearing this brought a tear to my eye. Not because of being away from where I grew up - 50 years later, I live only 5 miles away. But the tears come because the memories are fading. Fading not just because of age but because a small 2 Lane road took on paved shoulders, then bicycle lanes, then the lanes were widened and homes were torn down and replaced with sub divisions. Mom and pop stores were replaced by strip malls.
Man I was thinking about the old times in the 80’s when I grew up. Just makes you sit and think how fast time goes by. Song is fantastic and hope to hear some more music.
These are the only hickhop artists who didnt take the dirty route. They kept it true and never were bought. No one controls jawga boyz.

Memories! I had hundreds of acres around my neighborhood to roam as a kid. Great memories. 29 years ago i left West Virginia to chase the dollar. I could still visit home but I was sure id never make it back again. Then in 2020 a big portion of the land I roamed around my neighborhood came up for sale. I was able to buy it. Then in Feb 2024 i was able to buy a house 438 yards from my childhood home and 400 yards from my land. I made it back. God brought me back! Blessed beyond belief! Back home! Thank you God!
