I am in the States and have spent most my life in a JD4430 but upgraded this year to 7810JD and I hope it's as good as a tractor as my 4430 had been! Good luck and God bless

That burning smell is the paint burning off it happened to our 6910 when we painted the grill exhaust cover

Would love 600's on the front but would they be clumsy on the lock? Needs new rims for that craic tho so very unlikely...

Remember your 50k gearbox will use up a bit more hp than a 40k will. To test the accumulators on suspension if you let it right down and depressure everything, unscrew them and test with a screwdriver or similar . When placing the screwdriver inside if it goes more than half way up they are shot and gas will be lost thus giving you lack of cushion to take up the shock

FarmFLiX ye dome it before but can’t remember what’s supposed to happen u take the cap of and there is a nut or something like that and u crack it loose and either oil or air comes out I think air is supposed to come out and if oil comes out it’s bad

John just in case you didnt know the orange rocker switch in front of the lift control operates the 1 to 4 as well, so you dont have to keep your hand on the gear lever. Especially in e. It's a nice extra to have it wasnt standard. Well wear with her shes a beauty!
Did not know that was an extra! Something about reaching to the stick though... not as far away now there's only one lol

There is a company based in england and they have alarm system in like bike tracotrs building yars vehicle and they have great results at recovering stolen stuff via gps and via signals through rf

Just brought a 7810 in from France, any tips on where to go for parts etc? Cab needs a lot of TLC.
His mechanic Sloan Agri sourced the parts for John's 7810 - variety of places from Vapormatic, JMC parts, JD Dealership, Nick Young 2nd hand

Yep, move forward just enough after the first bit falls out to lift it up, but not so far that it swings down in front of it again. Trick is to have it pointing away from the trailer, not towards!
